regardless, you approved this yesterday. You can't have 2 rpc's that are S rank, eternal, rinnegan and other top bloodlines must be earned after the 1st were given out especially on a second rpc. And I am not approving things because It is better to have crew to do so. This is for reasons you should understand, if not idk what to tell you. I will have another crew member approve along with you so you get better results.

What are you going to do though when there are 20 genin and 4 jounin? 4 Jounin can't train all those genin, so it's not like u can make it so that people can make genin and only genin forever. And I also understand you want the crew to approve things too, but I can't approve my own stuff so the fact that it's been over a week (I think) now since I've applied for a custom weapon and it still hasn't been approved/not approved is kind of annoying. Unless I'm missing something and as a crew member my stiff doesn't have to be approved?

I just want to point out that this RPC was made on August 24th. It's now September 10th and you're telling me I have to do it over again. I'm sorry but this is just ridiculous. You want this character to be of rank D, when the Konoha defense is made up of a couple of Jounin. My other character is of no use, because my character's partner went MIA, leaving him alone in a conversation with himself. I like this character better anyway, regardless, I think it's just absurd that this is going to be declined after all this. Did you even read the character's background? That is a detailed explanation to the Mangekyo Sharingan, I have no desire to re-do this, and the only change I'm willing to make his have him as a Jounin, other than that, I will find another guild for this character.

You can't have 2 s ranked ninja from start up, that is the rules. You must start at D rank unless you are needed to start higher like I told you I needed for aka akatsuki. If you were to join leaf first, you could have made an A rank jounin with pin weal. So you can pick witch rpc you want or you can dismiss yourself, it is up to you.
