Takuya has an uninterested look to his face and tend to call him boring or lazy. He also has a young fox kit as a pet that tends to sleep in his room or even at times come with him to school while riding on his shoulder. Also because of Takuya's calm demeanor he's able to solve problems or mysteries for the easiest solution when under deep thought. There are times where Takuya will loose his 'cool' and wind up getting in silly arguments with his friends especially if they tease him about liking a girl or being lazy. Another interesting fact is that Takuya is actually a very talented singer and can play guitar although this is known by few people or none at all.

Takuya lives with his parents, whom are rich but not filthy rich. His mother is a head chef at a famous restaurant while his father is the owner of a famous martial arts dojo. Even though his parents are rich they make time for their son and in the end would miss work even if it meant getting fired. He has a passion for advanced martial arts and acrobatics and loves cooking which he's very good at it as well some even say he'll be better than his mother one day if he wanted to. Takuya is a very athletic kid although he doesn't let popularity go to his head at all. He's considered a master in advanced martial arts although still not as good as compared to his father. He met Harumi through his father's martial arts dojo and in turn he's become pretty much best friends with her. He tends to be more of the calm one of the group and in turn has an uncanny ability for solving problems or mysteries while in deep thought. People who don't know him tend to call him lazy because of his expression although his close friends know that's far from the truth. Takuya has been known to take out some petty thieves or even criminals when in town if he happens to be around. This has caused him to get a protective personality to those close to him. He tries to stay out of fights as much as possible since he considers it pointless in the end.
