After nailing his finishing move The Griffin would drop down to hook Matt's legs for a pin attempt.

The referee dropped down to the canvas and slapped the canvas once.......twice.......AND DRAVEN KICKED OUT! However, he kicked out just after the referee had counted the third and final count! Which meant that Griffin had managed to pick up the win as well as the honor of being the first world champion!

The Griffin got to his feet as the ref handed him the TCW Tataku title! He held the belt over his head as the fans cheered on the three men in the ring. The Griffin would strap the belt around his waist and then extend his hand out to Matt, looking to end the match on a respectful note.
