One: Please follow the rules set up by gaia while posting in this Guild. Breaking such rules could lead to not only the termination of your membership here, but also to the termination of your entire gaia account

Two: Criticism is one thing, but being a bully is an entire other thing. We promote criticism, it's good for aspiring artists. Bullying is a constant picking on one person and isn't helpful to anyone. If you feel someone is bullying you then please contact me or another higher up with the problems. If you are bullying someone via this guild your membership may be terminated depending on severity and occurrence.

Three: Plagiarism is a serious crime, not only against the person you plagiarized, but also against yourself. Items submitted to a contest shall be tested for plagiarism before judging begins. Anything found plagiarized will be disqualified and, depending on occurrence, the membership to this guild may be terminated.

Four: Nudity may not be presented in any pieces of art. I am sorry for this, but it has to be stated if we want to make this a friendly experience for everyone. Any art showing nudity will be taken down ASAP.

Five: When submitting written work all words must be fully spelled out. No "chat" speak is permitted and if presented (unless it was purposely and artfully done for a point in the story) will be disqualified. You should also consider this while talking to any captain or vice captain. We want to be able to help you, but can't sit there all day trying to figure out what you are trying to communicate.

Six: Spamming in no way will be tolerated. Spamming is considered when one user continuously posts duplicate threads OR advertises tings not related to art within the forums.

Seven: If you are given the privilege to be a crew member you may not abuse your powers. This can be considered by:
Unlocking/locking forums related to contests in the official contest forum or guild rules.
Deleting topics in referral to rules, official contests, or post that have not broken any rules.
Banning users that you have not asked for permission to ban.
Posting announcements/stickies that do not relate to forum or guild.
