..Just was watching the news earlier.. And saw about how Romney is currently at his stop in the Little Rock area.. And the ridiculous prices he's charging for stuff, just for his campaign. The cheapest thing that you could get into was $2,500. I dont even remember what it was. Now, for $10,000, you could get a picture with him. But wait, it's worse. For a whopping $50,000, you can attend the dinner tonight, where he's speaking. At some fancy place around the Peabody. Or near, I don't remember exactly. It's just.. This disappoints me. You cannot tell me that there is NOTHING better that this money could be put towards. Seriously. $50,000, for one ticket. And, tonight is expected to raise $2.5 million for the republican party. I.. I just.. I think I lost a ton of faith in my state. Give a good cause for money to be raised, and I would be extremely surprised if you'd see a single person drop $50,000 to it. But suddenly, when politics is involved.. It's alright. I do not understand..

I'm so sorry for you, Anna. Really.
...I'm spending too much time on tumblr. I want to post a consolatory gif.

The South Park episode where the kids have to vote for a new school mascot is politics in a nutshell.
"YOU HAVE TO VOTE STAN, YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THE DOUCHE OR TURD SANDWICH OR YOU'RE NOT AMERICAN."

That quote from south park speaks volumes honestly. I remember that episode. That's how it's been, and because I think that way I am deemed careless by others.
I hate politics. But it doesn't mean I don't have an opinion or voice. Fact is no one wants to listen. I won't speak to the deaf, nor will I pointlessly debate with ignorance.
Think of all the money in our world that could go to so much aid. The lottery, all of the pointless scams, everything. As a matter of fact, you're better off not. You're not powerless though. Just remember your actions impact other people. Your creativity can speak louder than any word ever could, and art of any kind, whether it's musical or cultural, or anything really, brings many messages.

Brase, don't tell me that my art has mighty political messages. I'm an hour from finishing a project I've been doing for a year of a series of eleven prints of an alien singing the Rocky Horror soundtrack and stripping. I don't want people assigning political messages to that.

You do realize that when I say "an alien" I mean "Dr. Who", right?
So it means Obama is an alien stripper with an English accent.
