Biography:
Masa was born in the village of Kusa. Long ago, paired along with the time of Orochimaru, an ancestor of some sort of Masa's was taken. This ancestor was a young man, and Orochimaru abducted him, taking him to his nearby hideout at which point he injected him with the first hokage's cells. Being that the Kusa village has natural abilities with manipulating grass, Orochimaru assumed that the Mokuton would work well with this clan, and he was correct. Along with the Shodai Hokage's cells, Orochimaru injected the young ninja with Orochimaru's own cells, thus creating what would basically be a Horcrux. If Orochimar was to die, he had basically sealed a piece of himself within the young shinobi. He would thus take over the ninja's form if he ever was killed. However the ninja had a much stronger will, however he was still basically an incarnation of his creator, and his children would be the same.
With this we arrive at Masa. Masa grew up far in the future from the one who formed his very clan. However far apart he may be from Orochimaru, his personality still reflects that of the legendary Sannin, as does his thirst for power and knowledge. Masa has followed in the path of Orochimaru, however, being the Kusakage, he isn't questioned in what he does, yet at the same time, something within him cares for his people and stops him from using them for his own experiments, thus he finds himself kidnapping villagers from nations other, using his ambitions of power for his nation as the basis for his malevolence. Masa thrives to improve his nature as he grants each Shinobi of his nature a special power, as he forms the ultimate army for his nation, in due time, Kusagakure may indeed come to the form that it deserves.
Masa spent a large amount of his younger days as an Anbu ninja, having been a prodigy. Masa graduated from the academy at the tender age of six, having mastered his own accuracy in projectile weapons. Masa continued growing up rather quickly, having passed the Chuunin exams on his first try when he was only 9, he was instantly pronounced a prodigy and inducted into the Anbu soon after. He rose through the ranks rather quickly and became the leader of the Anbu black ops at the age of 14 at which point he began planning a coup. It was fairly simple, a quick barrage of attacks from those that the Kusakage trusted most would end in the Village being under Masa's control, nobody would ever have to know that he was responsible, and he would be the only person anyone could even suggest for the role of village leader.
It was a dark night, the trees blew in the stormy winds, it was as though the environment knew of the great catastrophe that would soon come. Within the treetop office in the center of the village, the Kusakage relaxed, sitting back in his chair with his palms set against the curvature of his skull. He closed his eyes for only a few seconds before opening them again, this time his empty office was full of a large group of Shinobi. They all wore similar metallic plates, and masks that were shaped and designed in their own ways. The Shinobi at the forefront of the group had long black hair that flowed around the curve of his mask. In unison, they looked up, staring directly at the Kusakage. He would quickly recognize them as his own Anbu, speaking softly his voice would ring out, asking why they were present in his office, with no answer, he would speak up, but still, they were silent. Soon, the man at the forefront would disappear before reappearing behind the Kusakage. Reaching upwards, he would remove his mask, revealing himself to be Masa. The Kusakage was stunned in fear, he looked into Masa's eyes, but, in fact, he was looking into death itself, the small slits that made up Masa's pupils pulled him into a trance, and as Masa drew a kunai, a single, fluid strike across the jugular would be end the previous Kusakage.
No other ninja would even be in the running for Kusakage, their would be no contest as Masa would be almost instantly elected. The Anbu would be completely loyal to Masa, they no longer served the village, they served him, acting under his command, no matter how malevolent his words were. They were completely obeying as they feared the man...no, the devil of Kusa.

Description: The user summons two big snakes which crawl out from one's sleeves, and coil around the enemy capturing them. This is a great technique for capturing someone alive, or for inflicting damage by constriction, and if the situation calls for it, the snakes can bite the victim with their poison fangs. With the summons specified beforehand, the procedure can be shortened by using blood on a summoning "contract seal" (結印, ketsuin), making it possible to use the technique immediately. The further addition of the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve. Snakes summoned by this technique are on a whole other level in terms of intelligence and strength, compared to normal summons. It is said that even shinobi with great skill are unable to escape from this restraint.

Description: Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is an advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin Ninjutsu technique which was banned by the First Hokage. This has not stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique however. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created. Like normal Kage Bunshin a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the clones when created.
The clones themself can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clones finally disperse, any new knowledge they have gained is passed back to the original ninja and to any additional clones. This makes Tajuu Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. Used primarily after sustaining massive injury or as a means to elude a seemingly inescapable attack, this technique allows the user to materialise a new body — typically by regurgitating it from their mouth — in a manner that somewhat resembles how a snake sheds its skin.
After emerging, the user's clothing and injuries are completely restored, with even amputated limbs being regenerated. Whilst the technique has the additional advantage of potentially being extremely difficult to detect, its use consumes a great amount of chakra.

This is Orochimaru's greatest and strongest technique. Using the "power of reincarnation" possessed by the White Snake as an intermediary, he can transform into a giant white serpent with eight heads and eight tails. The serpent boasts a giant body, even larger than that of Manda, who was feared as the "strongest colossal serpent". Just by crawling on the scales of its abdomen it was able to trample the Uchiha hideout, and could destroy most things without difficulty. This technique transcends the "Snake", and becomes like a "Dragon God".

The Evil Releasing Method is a direct counterpart to the Evil Sealing Method, this technique is used to release technique-induced marks on a person rather than sealing it. Compared to the Evil Sealing Method, the Evil Releasing Method requires far less preparation. Sasuke Uchiha used this technique to revive Orochimaru, mixing a piece of Kabuto Yakushi's altered flesh to create a body for the consciousness of Orochimaru that was left in Anko Mitarashi's Cursed Seal of Heaven.

Orochimaru originally developed the cursed seals through experimentation on Jūgo, whose body naturally produces an enzyme that triggers bodily transformations, on which the cursed seal is based.[3] Like in Jūgo and his clan members, the unrefined enzyme, extracted from him produces rage and madness in those exposed to it, while the cursed seal does not have such deficiency. Similarly, Jūgo is not limited to a single transformation, and can change the advantages of his form to fit the situation. It should also be noted that anyone who survives the application of the cursed seal is "compatible" with Jūgo. This was shown when he was able to transplant some of his flesh to Sasuke.

• Chidori (Thousand Birds)

Description: Chidori is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.
• Chidori Nagashi (Thousand Birds Current)

Description: Chidori Nagashi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to his body, Sasuke is able to extend it outside of his body and through objects which he is holding. This allows him to create a protective zone around his person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.
Used in conjunction with his Kusanagi sword, the blade becomes almost unstoppable. It takes on Chidori's natural ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. Should the sword strike a human, the charge will cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to further counter his attacks.
• Chidori Senbon (Thousand Birds Needles)

Description: Kirin is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Sasuke will first launch fireballs into the sky above using his Gouryuuka jutsu. These fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. Sasuke will then form Chidori and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel the lightning down upon his target. Because he is merely channeling the naturally created lightning, he is able to utilize a power greater than what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any ninja could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.
Guild Description: If in the presence of thunder clouds, the user sends a beacon of Raiton Chakra up in to the atmosphere, generating the Kirin. After three of the user’s posts, the lightning finishes forming the beast, after which it may be launched. The destructive force of the technique is enough to demolish large buildings.
• Chidori Katana

This technique allows Sasuke to channel the Chidori through his chokutō. This makes it nearly unblockable as the radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, if an opponent is stabbed, their body goes numb due to an electrical current which causes the muscles to go numb, making it impossible for the opponent to move. However, it can be countered by other weapons that also utilise Lightning Release chakra flow, such as Killer B's swords.

This technique requires the user to create a shadow clone, and have both the clone, and the user perform the Lightning Cutter technique on opposite hands to one another. Connecting their techniques together, they form a chain of lightning between themselves that is able to slice through objects such as tailed beasts' chakra arms with great ease.

• Kirisame [ Mist Rain ]

Description: A technique known by a Kirigakure hunter-nin, the user makes rain which eats up any chakra when it comes in contact with that is not of the same signature as the original user, such as Utakata's Soap Bubble Ninjutsu and Naruto's Rasengan. Breathing out, the light darkening mist rain will spread over a large field's worth, billowing upwards to prevent a jump's worth of height. Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Complex Tai/Buki jutsu, & Demonic auras/cloaks/etc are effected. Exactly half of the chakra absorbed is sent to sustain the jutsu, while the other half filters into the user's own chakra pool. Absorption can temporarily extend the user's chakra pool to above normal, for a maximum of 200%. Lasts until 3 total posts have elapsed from the last absorption. • Five Seal Barrier

This technique creates a barrier around a place by placing four "Forbidden" (禁, kin) tags in different locations surrounding the place to be protected, a fifth tag on the location to be protected. The tags are placed on flat surfaces, and are connected with the user's chakra. This technique turns the entire range surrounded by the tags into a barrier space, and inside the space, the material destruction is "forbidden". Using any kind of physical attack to try and destroy something in the barrier is folly, as it will only lead to injury. To cancel this, it is necessary to search for the four tags and tear them off simultaneously. Meaning there must be at least five people on a team to cancel it.
Even if the tags are removed, there is a final obstacle. The user can add a trap that will create perfect copies of those who have removed the seal, preventing them from returning immediately.

Moku Bunshin no Jutsu [ Wood Clone Technique ]

A clone that is created by altering the user's own cells with chakra. It has more endurance than the normal Shadow Clones and doesn't disappear when hit by the enemies' attacks. Moreover, since it has the ability to merge with plants and trees, it is also great for reconnaissance missions. They have the ability to travel far distances from the user and are able to communicate with the original. The clones can be as simple in function as a wooden dummy for use in the Body Replacement Technique.

The user performs the necessary hand seals, then wood emerges and covers his entire body and a puff of smoke or chakra covers up the transformation. Once the jutsu is done, the transformation is complete. It acts more like a costume than a transformation, as the user is able to leave it behind if necessary.
Daijurin no Jutsu [ Great Forest Technique ]

A technique that changes one's own arm into big trees. Using chakra, the tissues are transformed into trees at the cellular level. Then, by activating the trees, stimulating them to grow rapidly, they lengthen at high speed and fork into many branches. It is possible to capture the enemy with these branches and at the same time, if one changes the ends into sharp stakes, turn them into countless, sharp, spear-like piercing weapons. This technique has also been used to break through stone walls. When a small hole is found the tree will squeeze in the hole and grow into a square shape and increase the size of the hole so a human can pass through.
Shichuuka no Jutsu [ Four Pillar Home Technique ]

By sending chakra into the ground, the roots of the plants are converted into raw materials. This technique allows for a building to be constructed, by forcing accelerated growth. Just like with the Four Pillar Prison Technique, the size and shape of the building are taken from the user's imagination or memories. By placing fuda around the house, the user creates a barrier, making it impossible for the enemy to detect it and allowing the user to "camp" in peace.
Jubaku Eiso [ Binding Nest ]

This technique lets the user summon a tree to slowly wrap and bind their opponent. This technique is relatively powerful and holds opponents much more gracefully, with less of a strain on the user, because the user sinks them into the ground. Afterwards, the user can enclose the opponent so that their body implodes.
Jukai Koutan [ Birth of a Sea of Trees ]

Mokuton • Jukai Koutan is a Ninjutsu technique used by Yamato which uses the Wood Element. After doing the needed hand seals, a small woodland will grow from the ground. The size of the forest is dependent on how much Chakra is used. E-rank usage may only create a few small saplings, but an A-rank usage will create tens of adult trees.
Mokusatsu Shibari no Jutsu [ Smothering Binding Technique ]

Shichuurou no Jutsu [ Four Pillar Prison Technique ]

The user changes chakra into timber under the ground and makes it grow rapidly, while forming it into a wooden prison. The size of the prison is based on the user's imagination. From an insect cage to a great prison, one can make it into whatever they want by regulating the amount of chakra used. The timber itself is treated with a chakra coating, making its destruction extremely difficult. During war, it has the great ability to detain prisoners, but it can also be used as a disciplinary measure for quarreling subordinates.
Mokujoheki [ Wood Locking Wall ]

An extremely versatile move, this technique uses chakra to activate the roots in the ground and, using the user of the technique as a reference point, makes wooden pillars appear from left and right. The wooden pillars join together in a dome-shape with the user at the center. This process can be used to catch the enemy in a double sided attack. Also, in case one confronts the enemy at a short distance, the enemy can be locked up inside the dome, setting the situation for a one-on-one fight. This dome can also be collapsed or burnt with the enemy inside to inflict damage. Furthermore, it functions as an easy shelter against the enemy's long-distance attacks, like shuriken and kunai.
Kakuan Nitten Suishu [ Entering Society with Bliss Bringing Hands ]

This technique utilizes the power of the Wood Release to forcibly suppress a tailed beast's chakra. To invoke this technique, it is necessary for the tailed beast or its jinchūriki to be exerting charka in a weaker state of demon possession. The user would produce the seal "seat" (座) on their palm, and touching the tailed beast's chakra with their hand, the user then suppresses the chakra inside an area lined with ten or eleven wooden pillars.
