Edits: Do some kind of kimono that you would like to do. I'm not picky. Please just something nice. Designs and patters are up to you. I cant find anything i like like and i love surprises on my pets. i kinda sorta like this one but do what you like with it but im ok with peacock feathers in her hair. For hair see refs. Make hair some silvery white color darker then the silver you use before. Put a little bun with decorative sticks on top with some feathers or decorations. Just make her look pretty Japanese like and i'm ok with it. Shes the goddess of elements and so feel free to add in some touches of that too.. She has a tiny little snowleopard cub with her, i was thinking maybe sitting between her legs? NO WINGS like that ref lol just 6 tails. A choker(See refs) if you can cause i know she has a ruff. If not able to do as choker then thats ok.
Reference Images: Choker but will be blue not red//Hair. But curly on sides with the front like that. Bun on top//something like this for decoration. But anything is ok with me. Just do something awesome!

Notes: VERY little pink please if you can avoid it. She likes Reds and black and Dark purples. I'm really ok with ANYTHING you want to add or do with her. just trying to give a basic idea
