The book that started off as a Twilight parody is now a best seller. The whole story is apparently nothing but porn and the main male character is an a**hole. Books like this give women a bad name. Sorry but some of us have brains and will dump an a**hole no matter how much money or power he has. This book is proof that people today will just read any garbage they can get their hands on.

Actually it started life as an erotic Twilight Fanfiction before being published.
If you excuse me I need to go cry in the shower for this means My Inner Life has a chance of getting published one day.

I remember when everyone was telling me that Twilight series was so amazing. So I was like okay guess i'll try reading the book and as I started reading the first couple chapters, I gave up on it. It was stupid, very repetitive on "and he looked at me and I looked at him"
i was like "really?'
and that's when I decided that the series was not worth my time. It was like a 4th was writing this. I could not take her writing style. it was just horrible.

Oh my God there are actualy relitivly Sane people here! Yay! Who realize that the Author of Twillight and who ever the heck wrote 50 shades are not liturature godesses. I dont know what happend but somewhere along the road people just forgot what a good book is I think...or maybe people have just gotten stupider. I have been accused of being against everything that is "popular" there is a good reason for that. Most popular things are crap.

I agree with you, the books being written now a days don't seem to be written so well. I definitely liked reading the books I grew up with. Hell Goosebumps is for children but that author writes better than the Twilight author. I love me some Goosebumps lol
plus i feel like kids nowadays aren't required to read a lot of classics like I had to in school growing up.

I never read Goosbumps but I know them for sure and I shall take your word for it. Anything is better then Twilight.
I have a feeling that you are right about that or they may still have to read them but since they are pretty much forced to they dont see the value in them. I know I didnt like a lot of the books I had to read in school because they werent my thing at all. I want to give every Twilite fan a copy of Wicked or maybe The Count of Monte Cristo, now there is a classic.
