I have a set of rules before going off and post away!~
Basics
Follow Gaia's ToS.
Do not post before getting your character accepted by me or the vice unless it's on OOC forum then it's okay ;D
If your going to be gone, notify me or the vice before hand or we might kick you out.You could join back if you forget ._. but just simply tell us, it saves us all time.
The vice and myself can change the rules as we please. Sorry ;l
Literacy
This is a literate RP. Try to write at least two paragraphs.Please don't use text talk in the RP.Sometimes one liners are understandable but don't do it all the time.
Posting
Use italics for thoughts and quotation marks for speech.
Don't make the size of your text smaller than 10.
Don't use too bright colors.It hurts our eyes D: use a darker shade of the color if you really want the color.
You must write in third-person and past-tense. ;D
Please, make a proper post format for your character. It should, at least, include character name, character picture, current location and current pokémon on hand.That way we wont be lost and confused where your at etc.
The control of important NPCs like the Gym leaders are reserved for me and Cassy Uzuki unless your one of the few who get selected to play a bigger role then just your characters.
Characters
We're allowing 3 characters per player. Unless your a active and able to keep up with more then three o:
Violence and Romance is encouraged
PM profiles to me or Cassy with the title "CoriaRP" that way I don't skip the pm.
Keep romance PG-13. At least in the guild xD anything more goes to the PM's or Meebo or whatever you guys use so just keep it out of the guild.
Cussing is allowed, but please do not go overboard.
No one can read anyone's mind what so ever. :l It's no fun and not fair.
Pokémon
You start with only one pokemon.
Pokémon are not restricted to four moves, So they will be able to to learn and use more then four just be reasonable about it. Don't have a little baby Pokemon use hydro pump when it's still not able to use it ._.
TMs can be learned by writing training posts, the move then being added to your Pokémon's profile after we accept with proper details of the training being done..
HM moves and Egg moves are considered natural. ;D oh yeah!~
No shiny Pokémon unless Cassy and I give permission. o: their not so common so...
No legendary Pokémon. That's just a no no guys. We want to have fun so let's not be too over powered yes?
Your character can only attempt to catch two Pokemon each day.We don't want to over catch pokemons do we? "Gotta catch em all" but slowly D:
You decide for yourself when your Pokemon evolve, but please, be reasonable. If you are unsure if your Pokemon is ready or not, just PM Cassy or me.
Battling
No godmodding. Simple as that.
There is no such thing as an attack which cannot miss.Obviously we all know there's actually skills that don't miss but to make the battle fair we must let the other try to dodge it ;l it's only fair.
To catch a Pokémon, simply battle it and end your post with you throwing your Pokéball. Cassy or I will decide whether the Pokémon is caught or not.
You will receive a strike for every time i catch anyone doing so or advise me about breaking these rules.
The strike policy
Strikes:
Strike one: Warning.
Strike two: Removal of Role play and second warning (Final chance)
Strike three: Banned from the guild (Hopefully no one will end up being banned ;l )
