Village Crossroads
The random encounter system comes into play within the Village Crossroads sub-forum, when you are travelling between countries, this is the only way if I might add, you must roll a die at which point this system comes into play.
The rules of the random encounter system are explained in detail below, so please follow them as they are explained. These rules will also be placed within the village crossroads.

You may only roll a die once every hour, whenever you travel between villages via the village cross roads, of which, by the way, is the only way to travel between nations.
In our guild, you will only be able to make contact with Missing-Nin, and Biju, so basically, if you do encounter a high level Missing-Nin, you will have the option to run, we do not require that you get killed due to some bad luck, of course you will still have to have a legitimate reason to run.
If you encounter a Biju, and you are alone, I don't care who you are, if the crossroads are not connected to your village, you should run, or be killed. If they are connected to your village, you should either run to get help, or send for help while you fend the beast off. If you are successful in obtaining help, you may just be made a hero for having helped your village obtain a major strength, a Jinchuuriki.
Note: If your village is not connected to the crossroads where you came into contact with the Biju, your village will not be able to capture the Biju because it would be suspicious to say the least to have a large group of Ninja moving through another village in order to get to the Biju.
Note: Due to the fact that the first upcoming arc includes the Biju, the above note may, in fact, be made invalid for the time being.
First Roll:
*Note: these change based on the environment of the crossroads you are on, so be prepared for surprises~
