History: Hiroki was orphaned at the age of 10, his parents were killed but the killer was never caught, put into a Orphanage but ran away at the age of 15. Running from the law never sated his murderous lust. Along the way Hiroki kidnapped many women and tortured them to insanity, he liked the extra thrill of it. The government tried to track him and the gruesome murders that followed him but never found him and even after the killings started he was never sated. He lit fire to many government buildings, he found this a thirll. He is a expert on anything sharp really good with close combat along with attacking from afar with throwing knifes, he learned this to be more fit and able to defend himself. He was only caught when the government cornered him in his hideout in a forest, when they finally caught him he killed 45 people total before they caught him. They found 15 missing women all of whom begged for him not to be arrested, we assumed he manipulated into thinking that he is good. He laughed at them the whole way to the prison.
