Beniyasha stands as a statue in the center of the stadium as the two Chunin hopefuls step forward. Once on the line there would be a pause, and then he would raise his hand and throw it toward the ground to signify the fight was on.

Mamichi's humanoid body stepped lightly into the arena her umbrella over her shoulder, the sky would star to cloud up instantly it was an odd effect this body seemed to have, it almost seemed to call the rain to the earth. Mamichi stepped to the center of the place as the rain would start soon enough. She looked at her opponent, a woman from Leaf it seemed... The umbrella rested on her shoulder as she stood she acknowledged the Judge and then her opponent. "I look forward to our confrontation... I hope you do not disappoint." Mamichi said with an odd expression on her face. She was hoping to have something of a challenge in these fights. Hopefully a victory against a tough opponent would make her Mistress proud of her.

As the pitter patter of rain started to fall down on them Mamichi smiled. It seemed her opponent was wary of her; Smart. Means her Opponent had a healthy respect for the unknown, and as far as any of them knew Mamichi walked out of the forest without so much as dirt on her clothes something that would make it only too evident she hadn't been too troubled by what had happened in the forest. In truth it was merely a reforming of the humanoid form that made her appear spotless. Mamichi suddenly takes a combat position and flings her arm toward Aya and a kunai flies out, in truth it was Hardening Gel and it would seem to come from nowhere simultaneous to this Mamichi would whip her arm back around again inhumanly and three Shuriken would fly out. Mamichi herself would straighten out and prepare herself for any retaliation she might face.

Mamichi saw the shuriken coming at her and lowered her umbrella Since she was Maliae and this form was merely a complicated the disguise... everything on her at the moment was made out of her gel. She used the Hardening technique on the umbrella making it extremely dense as steel the shuriken would thud into it strongly though not have enough weight to pierce it. Mamichi pulled the Umbrella back above her head and glanced around, the Nara girl was in one of the more shaded parts of the arena just what was it she planned to do? Nara... Nara... the name felt familiar but... it drew a blank. Mamichi formed a few hand seals the umbrella perched precariously on her shoulder as she formed them suddenly about her there would be some light mist but soon enough it would thicken into a bank of fog concealing her from her opponent. Mamichi would revert to her Maliae form and spread herself out like a puddle much like several of the ones that were about the Stadium now that it was raining.
