Bio: Kelly was born in the year 96' to her two parents Lucia, and Jake. Her mother was a human and her father was a full neko. It was odd because half humans/ half nekos supposedly couldn't turn to cats but she was able to like her dad. As she grew and train she began to become more open and not stay so shy like she usually was. At the age of sixteen she was enrolled in the academy, but soon after her parents mysteriously passed away.
