The Sōkyoku Hill is an iconic, large, rocky mesa located at the center of Seireitei in Soul Society, where it is overlooked by the Senzaikyū (懺罪宮, lit. "Palace of Remorseful Sin").
The hill is visible from most of Seireitei. It has sheer cliffs on all sides. There are two known access points to the Sōkyoku Hill - a long bridge connecting to the Senzaikyū (懺罪宮, lit. "Palace of Remorseful Sin") and has a long, zigzagging stairway carved into one side of the Hill. One end of the Hill is heavily undercut. It is at this point that the Sōkyoku and the bridge are located. The opposite end is covered by white forest.

  Division: 1st Division || Zanpakuto: Aokakesu ( ジェイ・ブルー; Blue Jays ) || Mood: Stressed
Izuma arrived at the hill as he seemed to be rather tired and over worked. It seemed that he was giving his Vice-captains petty work rather than having them around. Personally he would rather have them here right now to help him with some of this stress of being the Head Captain, but he seemed to be pushing them away rather than keeping them closer. "I wonder if they noticed that..?" he asked himself under his breath before inhaling tobacco smoke from his pipe and exhaling the smoke a few moments later.
Izuma was at the edge of the hill as he was looking down at all the hustle and moving bodies. All the shinigami on and off duty seemed to not have notice yet that the captain was missing and the stress of all the captains trying to get work done. It was as if he at this very moment was the least important figure in all of Soul Society. "I wonder what Yamamoto would have done..?" he stated asking himself another question out loud as if he wanted someone to come and hear. As if he wanted someone, maybe Yamamoto himself to give him the answer. However that was highly unlikely...

Jubaku Hogosho  --"Kids today... need a lesson in manners."-- {Nanabantai Taicho} "He would have let the world be as it should be: In balance." Jubaku approached the Sotaicho from behind, walking up the hill at a liesurely pace his favorite cane in his left hand. His geta making the oh so memorable click-clack noise that was sononamous with the Captain. He had his dark wodden pipe between his lips as we walked up beside the Captain blowing a smoke ring out over the Seireitei removing his pipe with his free hand. His haori was draped ever so tediously over Jubaku's shoulders to remove any wrinkles as the Captain looked as cleaned up and ready for the days work. He put his pipe back in his mouth as he continued to smoke."What is troubling you this fine day Commander?" He said as he looked over at his commander his eyes quite like those of a teacher wanting to guide his student.

Izuma was a bit happy to see the Captain Hogosho was there to ask him a question he really needed someone to ask. "Ah, Captain Hogosho nice to see you here..." he stated pausing to look off into the distance again. "To much, troubles...Captain Kenpachi has gone missing, her spiritual pressure simple vanished and there was an unexplained opening of the Seki Gate were one or thing left or returned..." he stated as he seemed to be completely stressed by this face and the fact that they already lost a captain and if Kenpachi had indeed been killed the situation would only get more stressful. "I'm currently trying to collect my thoughts on all these matters..." Izuma spoke before inhale the tobacco smoke from his pipe and than exhaling a cloud of smoke from his nose. "I've been avoiding my Vice-captains too, sending them off on petty matters so I won't direct my frustration on them." he said pausing to sigh. "But I think I may be giving them the wrong idea that they are of no help to me, so I really should apologize to them..." Izuma noted about Roda and Nagi.
He than looked at Captain Hogosho again and smiled a bit. "Nice to talk to a man that's older than me and knows the ropes a bit more than I do..." he said as he seemed to be a bit of envy in his voice as he seemed to take note that being just a regular captain was easier than being Head Captain. "Why they didn't pick you as the Head Captain I will never know..." he stated meaning Central 46.

Jubaku Hogosho --"Kids today... need a lesson in manners."-- {Nanabantai Taicho} Jubaku only continues to smoke on his pipe blowing smoke rings within smoke rings as he looked at the Sotaicho with a calm, yet understanding face. Jubaku then just looked at the ground and with the end of his cane began to draw in the dirt of the hill. After a few moments, he lifted his cane putting it in front of him as he leaned on it slightly. Jubaku only looked at the Sotaicho now. The thing he drew in the sand was the kanji symbol for "Paitence". "You must be still if you wish to see the answers that stand right before you. If you move, there is a chance you could miss them." Jubaku then looked down and breathed heavily. The thoughts of a lieutenant weighed heavily in his mind as he was currently searching for one. He then looked at the Sotaicho again."We should all be as lucky to have great lieutenants such as yours. They seem like such hard workers and its obvious that they both really look up to you. You owe it to them and to yourself not to let that admiration be in vain..." He then adjusted his haori to remove any wrinkles it may have collected as he reached down after removing a cloth from his sleeve to wiper the dirt away from his cane making it nice and clean again, the intricate carvings now showing strongly."As for the Central 46.... who ever said they didn't try..." Jubaku then calmly put his pipe pack in his mouth as smoke slowly rising from the end.

Izuma listened well to the vets words and seemed to absorb them with complete understanding of their meaning. "I see and you're more right than ever Hogosho-sama..." he said as he seemed to see the captain as his senior and teach more than anything else. He than heard his reply about the Head Captain pick and got a little slunk about it. "I see, so I was just a back up..." he said as he didn't know they came to him. "Oh well, I took the job guess I'm stuck with it..." Izuma said as he noticed that his pipe was out of tobacco and only cinders reminded of what was left. He only sighed a bit before lightly smacking the pipes chamber against his left palm to remove the cinders and put them out.
He than put his pipe hidden somewhere in his sleeves, such a strange hiding spot, but putting it anywhere else that is not simple will only cause him to lose it. "Well, it seems I should call forth the captains for a meeting regarding these matters..." he said as he looked down with a slight smile. "I wonder if the Zero Division Captain will show up, his family member did die..." he asked and stated as it seemed that even he was not sure because the Zero Division captain was more involved with the King's matters than the matters that the standard Gotei 13 would be handling.

Jubaku Hogosho --"Kids today... need a lesson in manners."-- {Nanabantai Taicho} Jubaku only looked at Matsubara Sotaicho now feeling bad that his remark about the Central 46 query had come off on a bit of a sour note. He only breathed deeply making a small hand gesture as if he were dismissing the idea."Come now Matsubara Sotaicho. No need to make such a fuss over an old fossil like myself. If you must know, the only reason I was approached at all is because I am one of two remaining individuals who studied directly under Genryūsai-Sensei. The other being the man you just spoke of: Lloyd-sama. I wonder how my old friend is doing these days..." Jubaku then tapped out his own pipe against one of his geta the cinders quickly dispersing into the dirt over the paitence kanji he drew making it glow a bit. Jubaku then turned to his Sotaicho tucking his pipe into his sleeve as well which is usually where he stores things otherwise he'll never be able remember where he puts anything."And he'll show up. Absolutely. If there is one thing that Lloyd cannot stand, it's a blemish on his family's name."

Izuma smiled at Hogosho-samas word and indeed nodded in agreement to his words about Lloyd. "Lloyd-sama is one of the few people I look up too. Not only that with the death of the other Captain Fury I'm sure he will appear in the meeting demanding answers..." he said as he scratched the back of his head with his left hand. "However, he knows very well that despite my young age he shouldn't walk, so I'm not to worried he will pressure me..." he said with a the same smile on his face as his mood began to slowly cheer up and get calmer.
"And no worries about Central, they just needed a scapegoat..." he said meaning they need a head to push blame upon when something within the Gotei 13 goes wrong when they make decisions the Head Captain simply had no choice but to do. Even if they would end in disaster or horrible out comes. "Not only that they didn't want to take responsibly for anything that went wrong because of orders and what not..." Izuma stated as he seemed to understand the bad along with the good things about being Head Captain. "But I'm sure they understand that I don't plan on being to scapegoat all the time..." he said as he looked off at the distance again before sighing one more time.
"I wonder if I should tease Roda and Nagi again..." he said as he made a rather strange and perverted motion with his right hand as if he was squeezing a boob and his lips puckered up and he made a kissing like noise and motion with them. Yup, you can tell right away he was back in his old mood, relaxed and ready to start filling out more apologizes after we gets done teasing people.

"My Brother died and as Captain Hogosho stated i put them above all other matters. " The voice came from behind the two Captains and it was that of Lloyd Fury. The Division Zero Captain made his way other to his two best friends with his face as calm as ever but an unseen grief in his heart. "These are dark times Captain Hogosho and Commander Mastubara.....very dark times, but we can't let that be cause for doubts. I am here now and i offer my services to you my friends till the immediate crisis has passed " Lloyd gripped his 10ft sheath-less Zanpakuto in his left hand much more tightly before continuing to speak. "No more Captains need die..........at the hands of these wretches " Lloyd's face was still calm but his words were firm and his gaze piercing, as he looked out beyond the two and out into the horizon taking in the sight.He then let a smug grin form on his face as he continued to view the horizon "You can count on me to be there at the meeting.....The king doesn't need me at this time" His words sounded much more calm now as he began to ease up on the tension but Izuma was right, for he did wanted answers and he would wait till the meeting to pose his questions .

Jubaku Hogosho --"Kids today... need a lesson in manners."-- {Nanabantai Taicho} Jubaku turned his head towards Lloyd to peer at his friend as he walked up behind them, his body still facing Commander Matsubara. He kept his left hand on his cane and his other hand behind his back keeping a nice gentleman's pose."Ah, Lloyd. I was wondering when you'd appear my friend. Your timing is fortuitous and impecable as always." He then turned completely towards Lloyd, keeping his posture but only breaking it for a moment to re-straighten his haori and keep it free of wrinkles. He then returned to his posture, his eyes gently sitting on Lloyd as if there was a mutual understanding between the two.

Izuma smiled as he heard Lloyd's voice but didn't turn around. He was so taken by the scene below, despite the fact he has seen it so many time. "I see, so even word reaches your ears faster than the wind..." he said as he now turned too look at Lloyd. "However I must say you do always come at times that tend to make me jump..." Izuma said admitting he didn't expect the captain to suddenly just show up without making his presence fully know. Even if he got orders straight from the king, it was rather rude to sneak up on people like htat.
'Well, I say get ready, we will be having the captains meeting soon..." he said as he began to walk off towards the stairs on the other end of the hill. However he paused or stopped to give Lloyd a look. 'I understand that your family member was taken and the honor of the Fury Clan is at stake...But please do not over step your authority please I have to many issues to deal with when it comes to answering Central..." he said before he continued to get ready for the Captains meeting.

Jubaku Hogosho --"Kids today... need a lesson in manners."-- {Nanabantai Taicho} As soon as the Sotaicho finished Jubaku starting walking behind him one hand on his cane the other resting inside of his gi. Jubaku turned to face Lloyd for a moment giving him a small head nod appreciating seeing his old friend again."Please hold on Matsubara-Sotaicho, allow me to accompany you to the meeting seeing as how we are both heading there." Jubaku proceeded down the steps with his Commander leaving Lloyd to journey to the meeting by his own designs.{Exits to Ichibantai Gates}

Lloyd watched as the two walked away and he couldn't help but chuckle softly but this didn't last long as he then looked to the sky and began to ponder everything that was said"I don't think he understood that i have no authority here at all..i'm here totally on my own, the King didn't see it fit to give me special orders for this........Hell i'm not even supposed to get involved......and Central is poking their nose around in these matters once again.... perhaps i should look into that personally and also look into Squad 12 as well.......ah well, off to the meeting then." After Lloyd had gathered his thoughts he vanished in what had seemed to be a gust of wind, leaving behind no trace of his presents.

Division Zero Captain

Lloyd sits near the edge of the cliff in a meditative type stance. His 10ft zanpakutou sits just to the right of him self on the ground and a bottle of sake in front of him self. He held a cup in his left hand and drank it's contents while letting out a satisfying exhale, his cheeks red and so was his nose. He seemed to be a bit drunk and he had a slight smile on his face while he began to pour him self another. It was a clear sky and the wind could be heard whistling by as it blow over the cliff and through the trees below.
"Another peaceful day........"
Lloyd said to him self before drinking the contents of his cup once again, several thoughts in his hand, most of which pertained to the Fury clan. It had been a while sense he had sat down with it's members to have a meeting. Lloyd had been rather busy with his duties. he looked up to the sky and watched a cloud drift by ever so slowly.
"I should pay Izuma a visit, it would be nice for some company or at least a drinking buddy"
Lloyd then chuckled to him self at the very thought of drinking with the Captain commander and sharing conversations. for now he just sat there drinking his sake and watching the time go by.
