Also known as (懺罪宮, lit. "Palace of Remorseful Sin"),
Is found at the center of Seireitei which is a large white tower. This massive tower hold those that are to be executed upon the hill for serious crimes of treason and more. The most famous to reside within this tower was Lt. Rukia for her crimes of high treason and more.
