Hola! Soy Chirapaq.

I am going to be your tutor for Spanish spoken in North and South America. When people think of "America" or North America they only think of the USA. That isn't the only country there. Not only USA and Canada either. Mexico is actually in North America. Anyways North America and South America has many countries and most of them are Spanish speaking countries.

I hope to guide you into your journey of Spanish and hopefully you will enjoy it.
If you need any help with anything you can always leave a comment in the Activity/Homework box.
Here I will put up some lessons, vocabulary and practice worksheets/homework. I will post it here but
please do not post here. You are only to turn your work in here.

*Stay motivated*

Fine people to practice with. Whether they are native or also learning. Online or in person. Take a latin dance class. Look at tv in Spanish. Learn the culture. There are many ways to stay motivated but the main thing is to keep yourself motivated. Push yourself to keep up with it. Listen to music in Spanish. Remember to speak it out loud to get better with pronounciation and speaking. Record yourself. Play games to help memorize vocabulary. Count when going to sleep in Spanish or for your morning workout.

Ever wonder what my name came from? It's actually from a song. In a language spoken in Peru. The language is called Quechua and I got it from this song. Have fun!

As I mentioned in my German topic, I suggest going to the FSI website and get started there it you want.
you can download a ton of audio there. Listening is the most important when learning a lanuage if you
really want to be good at it. That's how you learned your first language. Remember? Maybe not but you
did A LOT of listening before you can speak. Even before you where born! But since we already know how
to read and write, it will be easier to learn with practice. I also recommend going to His Majesty Christopher topic.
He suggest Spanishdict! and I love that site. I've been there for years.
