So, anyone got any good ideas for Silent Hill-esque puzzles? Whenever I start to write a fanfic, my mind goes blank at puzzle moments. xd

Dear gosh, these are hard to think about... Gimme a second, I can give some twisted ideas. D:
*THINKS OUT SOMETHING THAT IN REAL TIME TAKES TWO MINUTES*
For a more physical kind of puzzle, what about four pipes and valves that parallel each other, turning one a certain way pumps the gas, or water, or oil, or whatever in a particular manner, but if you move one of the valves at the wrong time in the turning process, it halts the flow, and you have to restart the process until you turn the valves in exactly the right order. Hope that isn't confusing. Dx
For more of a weird/psychotic kind of puzzle, why not name the murder weapon used, derp if this is like Homecoming, sorry, that and the Dark Descent are probably the last horror games I've played in a while.
Like say a certain wound was delivered on a particular body part, like a severed arm/ head, or something, and there are multiple stab wounds, or something, and they got to place them or perhaps better, maybe reinact a killing on a mannequin or something. I hope that gives you some ideas, let me know if you care for more, and I might think of something. razz

Hmm, interesting ideas.... I'll keep those in mind. mrgreen And I'm always on the lookout for new puzzles; I've got a whole fanfic for them, after all!
