Each region will just have one Pokémart/Pokémon Center Sticky to go along with it. This way, you won't have to search through all of the routes and cities to find your's! Also, this is the one time when you can play as someone other than your character: the shopkeeper and Nurse Joy.

You'll notice that items are a lot cheaper than in the games. I'd recommend keeping your Poké amounts in a posting outline or on your profile. No cheatin', that way!
