[ S h i n o b i W o r l d S t a t s ]
Many things rely on stat increases. This counts towards Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and everything else. This is going to help you understand the system to know where you stand vs. another player or NPC for that matter.
PLEASE be patient with the Captain, Vice Captains, and the Crew. We are working on making a balanced system with numbers so it is much easier to RP what you are actually able to do and see who is faster, stronger, etc.

Increase ranks

Physical:
• Each increase will be one of the following and be intervals of .5 increases:
- Increased Slightly (Increase by .5)
- Increased (Increase by 1)
- Increased Sharply (Increase by 1.5)
- Increased Greatly (Increase by 2)
- Increased Significantly (Increase by 2.5)
- Increased Enormously (Increase by 3)
• Note: Just because you rank up doesn't mean all your stats increase as much as you wish them to. Below will list base stats of ANY user but beware that the users might be boosting their stats and you can be out done by a Genin as a Kage.
• Note: Proficiency with a blade is not one of the attributes given by ranking up. Making it to Kage or Konin or Chuunin with no physical styles will give you speed and strength due to just constant fights and movements. You do not gain proficiency with a blade just by owning a weapon.

Chakra based attacks:
• Each chakra based attack will gain increases off the same wording as the physical stats
- The max a Jutsu can be at is S+(5). It cannot go any higher but you can get more increases than just +4. Ex: Rank E can be raised to become S+(5) by having +10 in ranks.
• Note: An S+(5) ability that clashes with another of its weakness, will still lose.

Ninjutsu Increases:
Each person can build their character different, such as one might focus on fire jutsu and get it to be +2 in ranks while another wants to focus on two elements being strong or one might not focus on an element at all. Here is a little information to help you deal with the Ninjutsu system.
• Note: Same rank jutsu clash each other out. Higher rank jutsu does the amount of ranks higher than the other jutsu it clashed with in damage. It is not its own rank in damage if reduced.
• Note: Each element has a weakness. If the element goes against that said weakness the stronger jutsu gets a +1 in rank. Essentially, same rank jutsu that is strong against your element will defeat it. One lower rank will clash it, nullifying damage. (Remember size does matter, you can't block a giant flame jutsu with a water gun even if its the same rank.) All elements beat maruton of the same rank.

Combination of elements:
If you combine your elements with two elemental attacks, such as wind and fire you get a bonused attack.
- This bonused jutsu has no weaknesses or strengths.
- If the Jutsus are of the same rank, they will make the combined attack have a +1 in rank. If the Jutsu was combined with different ranks, the higher rank is bonused a little but not added a new rank.
Example:
If you use two rank S jutsus to combine, you get an S+ jutsu.
If you combine a rank D with a rank S it is now S but slightly stronger.
If you combine a rank C with a rank S it is stronger than the rank D and rank S combination, etc.

Genjutsu Increases:
Genjutsu's ranks only determine how hard it is to release and detect. There is no real raise in damage because Genjutsu (besides the Kurama clan) doesn't do damage that can be increased. Genjutsu increases only help the chance of the Genjutsu taking effect.

Taijutsu Increases:
There is a lack of balance in the system making auto kills very easy for speed builds. This system will hopefully cancel that out.
• Speed, strength, reflexes, flexibility, agility, etc. Physical stats can increase really well. Attacks in the guild are based off speed or reflexes so we need a balance.
• Attributes and what they mean, followed by a scale of what each number means:
- Speed means your ability to move quickly
1: Above average.
2: Getting faster! Your character is getting to a point of running a 40 yard dash in 4.5 seconds.
3: Your movements are getting harder to follow.
4: Your speed is pretty much making you run at the maximum a naked untrained eye can see.
5: Your speed is tremendously fast. You can run just outside the naked eye's sight. Unless trained in other stats or an uchiha, you won't see this speed.
6: Speed is at a level that the one tomoe cannot see clearly.
7: Remember Rock Lee vs Garra when he took the weights off? Yea...
8: At this point the Two tomoe can't even read your speed, you are moving faster than Rock Lee can.
9: Orochimaru's speed during the forest of death could be comparable to this grueling pace.
10: A true speed demon. Dust follows in your wake and you are receiving invitations to the messenger ninja corp.

- Strength is your muscles capacity of lifting, pushing, pulling, crushing, etc. Ranks of strength will be given a determination on what you can actually do.
1: You are the average hard working shinobi, You can get the job done
2: Your strength is improving. You could help out around the village with construction.
3: You have been working out. Your strength is around an average body builder, and you help with logging when the need arises.
4: Your strength is getting a little comical as you pick up your team members and carry both of them to safety with ease. One under each arm.
5: You are the guy carrying the rocks around the quarry. Gai sensei would give you a thumbs up followed by a backdrop genjutsu of waves crashing on a rock.
6: Those rocks you were carrying now become pretty lethal projectiles
7: Those rocks you were throwing now tend to bust on whatever they hit
8: You realize a better way. Why throw rocks when you can use them as close range weapons. Swing those hulking gloves around.
9: You're approaching maximum strength. Your punchs create medium sized holes in the ground.
10: You lifted the large boulder off of Obito. Too bad you didnt make it quite in time.

- Reflex is your ability to make a block and notice an attack and partially your ability to dodge.
1: Your are a juggler. Plucking things out of the air you can predict is difficult but doable and must be going at a predicted pace.
2: Your reflexes have improved. You follow hand movements fairly well
3: Your reflex are much better than before. If your hands can keep it, it becomes fairly hard to land a punch on you before you react.
4: You've been practicing. Have people been using you as a live target? Nice job grabbing those 2 kunai.
5: The bell test comes to mind. When kakashi caught those shurriken with his fingers and left them spinning? You can't do that yet but you are close!
6: You now have no problems with your juggling. If you see a punch you can stop it. Provided your strength is high enough.
7: Your hands are quick. You could make a killing on street games. By the way you can do the spinny thing Kakashi did now.
8: Remember Itachi stopping Sasuke's chidori? Yeah that looks slow to you.
9: Your reflexes are through the roof. Gai Sensei would have to work hard to land a punch on you.
10: Your reflexes rival the legendary Matatabi, though your hands arent on fire.

- Flexibility is your ability to bend your body in weird patterns, allowing yourself to have unbelievable dodges and attacks. You can't use flexibility increases as a reason to dodge but you can use it in how you dodge to make the next attack easier to land.
1: Loosey goosey baby, loosey goosey
2: You're a contortionist. Now if only you could apply this to combat in some way?
3: Your body seems to stretch when people try to break it. Of course sometimes it just doesn't work.
4: You have begun to move like those who know Drunken Fist. Your movements start to become hard to predict.
5: Your study is paying off. Somehow you seem to be able to bend around people with ease.
6: If you manage to grapple your targets its gonna be hard to get you loose.
7: Your flexibility is becoming something not seen in nature among humans.
8: Very few have come this far. Your movements are graceful and fluid but still seems somehow unnatural
9: Orochimaru tended to move this way in combat
10: If you reach this level of flexibility you can touch your nose to your ear

- Agility determines your ability to make a strike, your ability to dodge, and your ability to move at high speeds with control. This is the main stat for dodging whereas reflexes only bonus it partially.
1: You're aware of your surroundings from years of being picked on. It can be a bit of a pain to land a solid hit on you. You also land attacks a bit better than someone who just randomly swings or picked up a weapon.
2: Things keep hitting you. So your training harder to keep this from becoming potentially dangerous. So your pushing yourself to get it there. You can now hit pretty decent dodging targets.
3: You play dodge ball for a living. Much harder to hit you at this point. You can land a hit on a fly with a katana.
4: Your movements are for self preservation. With that in mind you tend to dodge closer to the attack than you would like still. You can kill two flies in one swing.
5: You tend to dodge better than most. You dodge people like Kakashi dodges naruto. You also can land strikes almost as precise as Lee.
6: Your agility now allows you to dodge attacks close enough to return the favor with force giving you a combination of the dodging and attacking, you can do both in a swift motion now.
7: People are sure their attacks are going straight through you! But its simply a quick movement thats fooling them, you can wait til last second on most blows. You can also land almost any strike at any given moment but not everything.
8: At this stage it is really hard for anyone to hit you. They must be a physical master to even stand a chance. They also must be a physical master to even react to such a strike.
9: You taunt your opponent like tobi. Its nearly impossible to hit you. Your attacks are faster than Kakashi's hand seals.
10: Can anyone hit you? Can anyone dodge you? Doubt it.

• Note: Speed and agility correlate. They must be within 2 to work with each other.
Ex: If your speed is 5, your agility must be 3 to be able to use it otherwise you will fall on your face as you turn or you will only be able to use the speed of your agility +2.
Ex: If your agility is 5, your speed must be 3 to react fast enough to dodge or make precise attacks otherwise you will be using the agility of your speed +2.
• Note: Physical strength will never be allowed to crush boulders. If you believed that Tame Za Kyokudo would do that, it has been edited. Please revise what style you would want.

Kenjutsu Increases:
Kenjutsu has some of the same bonuses for Taijutsu, look up there for some of the descriptions if it has already been listed.
• Note: Weapon prowess is given only by ranking up in the Kenjutsu class. This means your efficiency with a blade is higher than that without one. If you are facing a taijutsu person with the same style, your style would essentially win. Caution: It is about how you roll play it so don't think you just auto win by mimicking moves.
• Note: Certain stealth classes can avoid stealth finders. Stealth is mostly by description only. If you give yourself a personal attribute of stealth or it is a Kekkei Genkai (Zeph's shadow clan) you will be +'d as if you reached that amount of stages in a stealth class. If you already have the stealth class, then you are as stealthy as can be and no one can detect you until you make major movement. Stealth is a hard thing to judge on a scale but know that just because you can hide doesn't mean your attacks sound can. Stealth does not add quietness to anything but your movement.
• Note: Perception is given by some classes, allowing you to discover someone is there by hostile intent and manipulating yourself to the outside world, allowing you to discover by movement and sounds, etc.
Stealth CANNOT override perception if used after the person is noticed. If you are found and you are walking silently, things such as Final Words will find you. If you were not noticed, Final Words does not trigger for their focus is not on finding you. If something is used to discover your presence, or they know you are there, they can find the stealth users. If there is no hint to the presence, you cannot find them. Their movement sound is not able to be heard easily so you can't use that.

Knowledge of Jutsu and techniques:
Over time users will be more accustom to things, knowing what they are having come into contact with it a lot. This will help you understand lower ranking techniques and mid ranking techniques and at things like Saanin you will understand higher ranking jutsus so that you can premeditate an attack before it occurs. You cannot know customs unless you have been in contact with them before. This WILL NOT help you break out of Genjutsu. This also does not make you auto dodge; it just lets your character recognize certain movements.

Bonuses for Ranks: Physical stats means, speed, strength, flexibility, reflexes, agility, stealth, perception, etc. If it is listed under kenjutsu and taijutsu it is a physical stat besides weapon prowess.
If a stat is repeated it just continued from the last rank meaning it didn't upgrade. It allows you to just look at your current rank and get all your bonuses.

-_-_-_-• Jutsu (non-physical) cap increased by 5.
-_-_-_-• Receives a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu style of their choice.


Note: Physical stat increases DO NOT Stack. At Chuunin thru Jounin you only have .5 in stats just based off of this. At Konin thru Sannin you only have 1 in stats just based off of this. At Kage (Or S-Rank) you only have 1.5 in stats just based off of this. The total you can have at Kage (Or S-Rank) is 3 in all stats passively.
