Alright people, here is how it is, plain and simple, I'm just one man, and I can only do one thing at a time, and that's why I need YOUR help to make things work in this guild. Without others to help get the work done, I'm bogged down with a huge guild and things stop happening.
That said, do what you can to keep this guild clean, friendly, and respectful. We're crew members so that we can make this guild better for the members, the people that the guild exists for, we ourselves are members who serve the guild and keep it going for each other.
We're Team Barton, and we have to keep working as a team if we want this guild to last and everyone to keep coming back. Listen to the members, find out what they want and work out how to make the guild better based on the wants and needs of the members.
Things will change, people will come and go, but we must remember that as a team we must make everyone feel appreciated as a member of the team.
So get out there and see what you can do! I'll delegate more defined and detailed tasks as things develop, but right now we're still forming this guild and getting used to it, so let's see how that works out and keep learning how to make this guild better and better!
