Bastielle Demonds is a San Francisco musician. Or rather, he was.

One morning, Bastielle recieved a mysterious email from a source by the name "ProxyZER0". The email was as follows:

Meet with a band there.
Tonight

Alone
Learn and do not trust.
They will devour.


Bastielle met with the band as instructed. The band called themselves "X-Wing Fighters, or X-Wing for short. As time past, Bastielle began spending more and more time with them, forming close friendships with the members; Echo, Chariot, and Tenga. He came to the conclusion that they were no threat at all, and simply just normal people.They eventually asked Bastielle to join the band as a full time bassist, and he eagerly accepted. The band eventually began playing many shows, and toured independently. As time passed he began to notice strange behavior among the band, such as paranoia, insomnia, and, sporatic absences. However, on the night of a gig in Tokyo, Bastielle recieved another emal from ProxyZER0.

That night after a show, Bastielle went outside of the venue for some air, and was approached by a hooded man. The hooded man lunged at Bastielle with a blade, asking only for "the gift". Confused, Bastielle called out for his bandmates to help him. X-Wing appeared, but began to beat up Bastielle instead, and cooperated with the hooded man. Startled by his friends' betrayal, Bastielle subconsciously summoned a creature known as "REAPER". Bastielle used REAPER to fight off the hooded man and X-Wing, but they escaped. Bastielle then went into hiding. His most recent email from ProxyZer0 contained only a few words.

Under the alias "Saika", Bastielle enrolled here, in hopes of finding the hooded man and the identity of ProxyZer0. Bastielle has reason to believe that he is being followed by the members of X-Wing. He has concluded that "Devourers.exe" is the codename for a group in search of Bastielle's power.

REAPER: The ability bestowed upon Bastielle to summon a creature.

Devourers.exe: An organization whose purpose is to obtain REAPER from Bastielle
