Things go wrong, so that you can appreciate them when they're right." __________________________________ Rui straightened on his seat soon as the door creaked open and saw Mac, and before he could say anything, he's babbling again like he always do.. Rui cleared his throat then place the papers neatly on his desk "As for------s**t!!"He almost stumbled back when suddenly the door roughly flew open and there goes the "grumpy" midget and heads to her seat.. His brow arch for a while while calming his heart hoping Rui doesnt suffer from a heart attack.. "Good. Both of you were here. As of the moment, the previous treasurer is some sort missing for a month.. Without further notice for his absence.."Rui opened Mac's files and briefly scanned it. "I've seen you're the one I can see most fit in this position.. But before we could officially make you as one of us... We need to upgrade your magic element..since all of the council members are mages using an advance element.. You need to undergo a special task"He leaned against his chair, why would he be the one to give those special tasks?? Isnt this suppose to be the staffs duties? Anyways he's the acting school director.. "A special test of courage.. You need to overcome...."__________________________________ "You believe lies, so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.." Magic and Mystery sorry for the late post.. My net is down.. Rui will elaborate his test on the next post..

MAC MACPHEE Mac returned Angela's glare with a wide grin. "Good morning sunshine! You're looking particularly chipper today... See, because you totally look like you want to murder someone I decided that the best thing to say would be some sort of incredibly cliche piece or sarcasm regarding how the aura you're putting off right about now feels like it could give small animals cardiac arrest at twelve paces." He turned quickly back to Rui as he began to speak, giving the smirk of a man who knew his possible demise was quite imminent. "Missing... As in, they dropped out? Or literally are missing, and we're gonna find their body in a locker somewhere once the smell starts to get too bad... that was really morbid, but if that does happen I already have a suspect." He made a face as Rui mentioned him being the "most fit for the condition", but seeing as a conversation about his potential ineptitude had already taken place, he kept his mouth shut... yeah right, when did he ever do that?
"I don't know what's in that "file" of yours, but whatever it is that says that I am "fit" per se is probably greatly exaggerated. I am sort of to taking things seriously what hellen keller is to competitive paintball, or at least that's my opinion. But hey, if you want to leave some crazy guy with heat sensitive hair and possibly a live dove in his sleeve with responsibilities, then that's entirely up to you. Not sure I'm liking this whole "one of us" talk though. The student council isn't just a cover for some sort of advanced elemental magic cult is it? And what's up with that anyways? I have to use an advanced element... what's wrong with mine? I was sorta looking forward to actually being able to be flashier than I already am. And how does that work anyways? I thought the whole element thing was a one time deal... It's not like I can switch them whenever I feel like, because that would be ridiculous right?" He shrugged, glanced back at Angela, then looked back to Rui. "I mean, don't mean to ask twenty thousand questions all at once, but some specificity would be appreciated Mr. Student Council President."
He folded his arms, still grinning, but a bit frustrated. Why was he expected to just be press ganged into doing things, and then be asked to undergo some special test without even wanting to? He liked his element, or at least, he liked what he assumed he would be able to do with it. All this stuff was being sort of dropped on him, and it almost seemed like he was supposed to be... grateful or something. Well, he supposed it was better than someone who was totally useless, boring, or malicious getting the job. Maybe that was what they were considering when judging which aspects made a student "fit" to be on the student council.

Angela Tremaine The goblin remains and the princess will die the right road to Faerie is the blink of an eye...
"I think what Rui is trying to say," Angela said, lifting her head and massaging her temples, "Is that you need to learn your first spell. Normally you'd likely have to wait a bit longer but since part of our duties are keeping order, we need to keep ourselves ahead of the rest of the student body in our magic studies."
She considered tackling Mac out the window, but instead dropped her head onto the table and groaned. "You're just lucky I feel like hell, today," she muttered.

RYUSUKE "RUI" TSUKAMOTO "I believe everything happens for a reason. People change so you can learn how to let go. Things go wrong, so that you can appreciate them when they're right." __________________________________ Rui's headache will definitely goes worst with Mac's talkative mouth. Anyway, that how he is.. Maybe.... And somehow, if this guy would be able to pass the test, the student council will have a clown for a change.. "Yeah.. He's missing... Before he could enter school, it's Mr. Taiga.. Currently, we've reported it to the security just to search for the missing student. Until now, the results are none..."If only he could help at the search team, Rui would... But as of now, he needs to focus with the school while the director is on leave. Soon after Angela spoke, who is obviously having her terrible hang over as expected.. "She said it... You need to learn your first spell.. All of us here are MAGES.. And this file, is not an ordinary file.. And base from the screenings we had.. We've got two out qualified students who could take Mr. Taiga's position. We prefer males as a finance officer though.. Mr. Marc Loewe, declined my offer, and next to it.. is YOU... And luckily you accepted it.."Rui sighed and glance at Angela... "I believe Mac had a normal student element.. Light I presume?.. He needs to go for an element upgrade.. Since I got an Advance Element Ice. As per record, we had Advance Element Nature and Sound that comes out from Light.."Okay, another problem need to resolve.. First they have to combine Mac's element just for him to advance on a special element.. Light needs to combine with air or earth----- "Angela... Is Professor Ian's class still ongoing? I believe we need his help in this matter. Since the School Director is gone, we can't do the element combination. Only level two ranks staffs are the ones who can upgrade Mac's element to advance.."Sigh.. damn! He wasn't been instructed like this... The School director didn't leave an instruction for promoting normal students to Student council members.. He could only hope for the Spell Casting professor to help them.. __________________________________ "You believe lies, so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.." ((I've read the Abilities and Spells in the main forum.. Student councils and School staffs are all ADVANCE ELEMENTS.. As far as I could remember, Mac's element is LIGHT.. Which is a normal student element.. All I can see for him to advance is combining light to air= Advance Element Sound.. And.. combining light to earth=Advance Element Nature... I just leave this to Professor Ian xD))

MAC MACPHEE Mac grinned. "Marc Loewe? Wow you guys sure know how to pick them don't you? Let me tell you, you're lucky he turned you down, unless you want the reputation of the student council to die a horrible death. Not that I can guarantee that that won't happen with me, but at least I don't go around shoving kids in lockers, you know what I'm saying? Anyways, I still don't see why I can't just keep my element, and you know, learn a spell or two or something. I mean, if I gotta "upgrade" I gotta upgrade, whatever you need but... just seems a bit elitist if you know what I mean." He shrugged. "But whatever, who am I to judge? We should probably head over soon though, if you want to get things going or whatever. I think that class is just about to end."
Marc declined him? How did that work? How was Marc allowed to decline becoming a part of the student council and Mac wasn't? Or, was it that they had asked Marc first, and because he said no, Mac didn't have a choice? (being the last eligible candidate?) What was so great about Marc that they asked him first anyways? he was a much better choice than that snobby rich kid-
Wait a minute, why did he care? He didn't want to be on the student council anyways!

Angela Tremaine The goblin remains and the princess will die the right road to Faerie is the blink of an eye...
Angela squinted her eyes at Rui as he rambled about...stuff. Finally she rolled her eyes, lifting a hand to stop him talking. "Rui--Mac can't just 'change' his element. That's rather like asking you to change your eye color. He can't just upgrade his power and if you'd been paying attention, you'd realize that some of the staff are not advanced either so just relax, please. And stop talking."
She sighed. "Mac, don't worry about trying to change your element. It's not going to happen and it's not necessary. You will have to work to learn your first spell though. That's about it."
She hadn't heard anything about Marc declining the position--all she knew was she'd been told Mac was the one assigned to the student council. So she didn't say much about that. Instead, she pushed her chair back and stood, rubbing her temples. "Apologies for the conflicting information but without the director, things have been a bit chaotic. "Still, don't worry about 'upgrading'--it's unnecessary, and next to impossible. You will need to talk to Professor Jacobs about starting the trials to learn your first spell. Other than that, I think you'll find student council isn't that terrible. If we were really all that worried about who we let in this group, Rui and I wouldn't be here either."
