I protected the weak and gave my all to ensure that there would be a better future for my family and the world." As he spoke, Atlas started picturing his past. "But it was during that time that I saw the horrors of humanity, the darkness that is ever present. Do not tell me of the burdens one must bare." Takayuki walked around the shopping district, the sound of his boots making a soft sound on the ground. He stopped to readjust the sword carrier bag he used to carry his bat. I really need to find a better way to do this, Takayuki thought. Seems like there are no jobs in the area. Maybe I should get some lunch and look in another area. But with what money? God.
Still undecided as to what to do, Takayuki sat on a bench and played with his phone settings.
OOC: I'm the new (?) fullbringer on the block. Let's kick some a**. Also I don't know who to RP with.

Hollows Killed: 1 ☾ Yuki's hand moved away from her sword, falling to her side as she watched her lieutenant turn away. Part of her wanted so much to strike him down and beat the living crap out of him until he was thinking straight again but another part of her just couldn't understand why he was doing this. She couldn't bring herself to hurt someone she'd kept under her wing for so long. He was not only her lieutenant, her comrade, but her companion. Torn between doing the correct thing and what she felt, all she could do was trying and convince him to stay.
“You really disappoint me Atlas. Look at yourself, behaving like a grieving child. Is this where I'm supposed to feel sorry for you, the victim? Poor Atlas, how he suffered when he was alive. Life was so terrible and now he plans to make a new one where he can actually be happy. Pathetic. Have you learned nothing over the years? There is more than one person on this world we call home that is given the burden of suffering during their lifetime; some have it better than others, some worse. Regardless, life is life and life after death which we are in now, is a chance for you to start anew. Do not lecture me on having my burdens, because we all have our own. You're making a mistake Atlas. Once you leave, there is no turning back and you will be the enemy of all the soul society, including my own. Do not make that mistake. I ask this as your captain, comrade, and friend."Torn

Turning his head and body slightly, Atlas glanced back at his Captain, still smiling, but anyone with any sort of training would be able to see that his smile was fake, there were no emotions behind it. "You misunderstand me, Captain. I'm not doing this because of how I lived or what burdens I bared or the sorrows that plagued me. Simply put, I'm doing this out of curiosity." Atlas told her, his smile becoming more deranged by the second, "If you want an plausible excuse I could make something along the lines of wanting revenge or some other contrived notion, but at the end of the day, I am just curious." Atlas turned around completely then, "I want to know what will happen if the world is purified, will there be peace? Will there be more death and disease? How will this affect the Soul Society? How will life be after? This is all an experiment, just to ease that curious nature of mine." Atlas then let out a small laugh, "But part of me will enjoy killing every single being. Their screams of pain and agony, the sight of their blood flowing onto the ground. It is quite invigorating." Sighing, Atlas gave one last look at Yuki, "Captain, save your words. I hereby declare my resignation from your Squad and the Gotei 13." Hollows Killed: 1 ☾ Yuki's hand twitched, resisting the urge to draw her blade and cut him down like he'd suggested, if it was the only way to stop him. But for some reason, she couldn't. Instead, she turned away so he wouldn't see the anger and sadness on her face.
“Next time we meet, it'll be our last because I will kill you and I will succeed."
Yuki promised him before letting him disappear from her life, for good. Even if he took a piece of her with him.
