there is no "good" or "evil" in paganism, there is only intent. When someone is refered to as a dark witch they are not "evil" they are just some one who chooses to follow a path of dark mysteries. Of exploring darker powers, like night and shadows. It does not mean they are evil or bad people. Dark paganism deal mainly with the internal, accepting the darker parts of human nature and learning to balance them with the "lighter" parts. I know a woman who is an amazing high priestess and she practices Dark paganism. She is not unbalanced but she is very direct and wont take any crap from anyone.

Neopagan theology generally does not tend to be dualistic like Western religions, though you could debate that the good-evil dualism exists regardless of acknowledgement. I know I don't tend to see things in terms of good-evil. I don't find such a lens very productive. Outsiders may view what they're doing as good or evil, but practitioners themselves often don't use such labels. Labeling something as evil prevents you from understanding it, accepting it as part of the way things are, and also tends to promote hatred, intolerance, bigotry, etc.
