Personality Description: Harley's up-beat and all smiles until someone crosses her. Then she transforms into an apathetic monster bent on ending whoever's in her way. She loves her friends and of course her puddin and is loyal to an unhealthy state.

Biography: A determined young intern at Arkham Asylum, Doctor Harlene Quinzelle was always very interested in the patients at the famed madhouse. She became fascinated with one patient in particular: The Joker. Her fascination with him seemed mutual as he seemed to goad her on and on pulling her ever closer into his web much like a spider does a fly. It took her months before she was allowed to treat him. While she was an accomplished graduate at Gotham University Graduate, earning her scholarship there through Gymnastics. After helping the Joker escape, Quinn is questioned by the GCPD and has her license revoked and is thrown in her own cell in Arkham.
