I have had eggs w/ many things added to the mix... milk works very well for fluffing. It seems anything w/ grease is heavy and will flatten your eggs. xp Now I will add some butter to the pan to avoid the eggs sticking to the pan. (and for some flavor)
And if you want something besides ketchup or salt and pepper to top your finished eggs... try soy sauce for something different.
As for the rice, I have a microwave rice cooker. If your stove's being utilized, it's kinda handy.. but not that much faster. You don't use the minute rice, you use the regular rice and cook for about 20 minutes. The only difference here is it's harder to burn the rice. (not that I would know much about that... or anything rolleyes )
