Lovin' it. =D So much that I went out and bought up to the most recent book release >_> Ya know, I don't actually hate Cersei. I kinda feel bad for her. I mean she's done terrible things, and she's not my fav, but she's alright. So far I'm a fan of Daenerys, Jon, Arya, and Catelyn. Although I pretty much like everyone who doesn't suck...so not Joffrey. -_- Spoilers belowwwwww in white, pretty much talking about the end of the first book.I REALLY liked Drogo, cause he was badass...but the way he died was kind of lame. Also Eddard...but I feel like he kind of had to die, otherwise the book would be all about him and not his children/the next generation. I kind of like that he kills off characters who he takes the pov of because usually it seems like if you're seeing things from their perspective, they won't die. But super excited about the dragons O____O

Joffery is a b***h >_> I have so much hate for that kid its not even funny. And I totally agree on the spoilers part (which I'll also put in white) Eddard did have to die but I was soooo sad when they killed him. Hes good about making u care about the characters then killing them right off. But it was almost obvious that he was going to die. he was WAAAAAY to honorable. honorable doesnt let you live in this time. Also dragons are awesome but don't get your hopes to high for them just yet. They didn't do too much I believe that'll be more third book. and what about Tyrion?! he wasnt on that list of favorites :p Hes definitely my favorite Lol. hes just got so much character!

I've been meaning to find this in a bookstore nearby. Is it really that good? I've heard so many people say that it's either underrated or overrated. I want to give it a chance, though. Only after I finish my Redwall books and my Tamora Pierce books... Oh! And the septimus heap books... and all the other books I'm planning on reading.
I still want to read A Game of Thrones, though. Can someone tell me the general idea behind it? (I want to know if it's the right book for me to read.)

Bloorigard2 I've been meaning to find this in a bookstore nearby. (I want to know if it's the right book for me to read.) weeeeeelllll. I mean I suppose a book is what you make of it. I got the first two books (Game of Thrones and Clash of Kings, respectively) from my ex - and I didn't read them for a bit. It took me a good 50-70 pages to really get into the story - but they're pretty addicting. I'm not sure how to generalize it.! Ha. Kind of a medieval setting, the story follows many of the books characters across the land they live in during political turmoil, war, and strife. There's magic, mythical creatures, pretty vicious violence/ sexual things...love of course. Who people are can be confusing at first - but all the books have an index of the houses/families. Pretty excellent plot, with many MANY twists. I mean I think it's awesome, and I would recommend giving it a shot at least. You can definitely get the first book for under $10, or at a library around you if you don't want to dish out the cash. If you want me to answer more specific questions, just let me know.
