Coraata v. Bubbles!
The two friends faced one another in the arena, smirks dawned on both faces, they knew what this meant, a time for them to really test their powers on one another. They've trained together for a while, they looked forward to who would win, even though a considerable power difference was between them, Coraata was sure he could make up for it in one way or another. Bubbles was suffering though, a pounding and echoing of words in his head.
"Friend or not Bubbles we need power!"
Without saying anything to his friend and foe, he began the bout as the gong was pounded, he jetted into a full force sprint at Bubbles, he was completely aware that Bubbles' speed would not permit him to get a hit like this, so he forced his hands ahead of him with a quick build up of flames a column of fire shot out towards Bubbles. Coraata aimed to get some kind of damage on Bubbles before Bubbles made a serious attack so he could hopefully do a combination of attacks so he charged at Bubbles as the flames were still present hopefully capable of attacking once they cleared.
"We must go stronger Bubbles end his pathetic life"
Of course it wasn't going to be that easy though. With a pink flash, a new carnival-like attire was dawned upon Bubbles' pink body. Bubbles stood in the way of the flames which at that point wouldn't have much of an effect. As the flames cleared Coraata was still charging at Bubbles who stuck his hand out lined up with Coraata's chest, which he just a bit over a yard away, Coraata had pulled his fist back ready to swing, a pink Ki Blast fired from Bubbles' hand into Coraata's chest, which froze him for a second, Bubbles' hand swung down firing another Ki Blast right above Coraata's ankle, and before he could react, one more at his right shoulder.
"It's either you or him Bubbles kill him now!"
The strategic blasts from Bubbles' attack knocked him over and Bubbles began to walk over to him, before he could a burst of red energy in the form of an aura blasted around him as he swung up and with a jab of his hand, an energy beam exploded from his palm and fired through Bubbles' stomach ripping completely through his body, he stood there for a brief second after the aura faded holding his hand out, the energy beam which turned out to be a spirit sword stayed.
"He has to die, Bubbles, do it"
Bubbles pushed forward with the sword piercing through him, the pain was obvious on his face, Coraata was fearful that this was at all possible, Bubbles was trembling as he was within arms length of Coraata, "Eh... He... Heh...." He was trying to make something up out of his heavy breathing, placing his hand out seeming as if he were going to reach for Coraata's shoulder, Coraata had feared he had seriously wounded Bubbles, forgetting for a moment that Majins could regenerate, then the pain on Bubbles' face turned into a smile, "Tricked you!" He laughed as from his hand, 18 Ki blasts fire out in a barrage, all making contact directly with Coraata at point blank range, Coraata fired off towards the edge of the ring. Coraata's wound sealing itself with Body Manipulation
"Kill him Bubbles"
Coraata picked himself up, panting, it was a dirty trick, but Bubbles likes to have fun like that, and it was partly Coraata's own fault for falling for it. Bubbles did seem a bit off though. Coraata opened his mouth and from it a white bubble forced itself out and formed a ghost-like copy of Coraata and another one right behind it. He signaled to them both and the shot towards Bubbles, one flew completely past Bubbles but one headed straight for him, Coraata held his hand out and a blue ball began to charge, Bubbles took a piece of his shattered armor and chunked it at the suicidal ghost clone jetting towards him and as it made contact the ghost exploded, and then Bubbles quickly turned around looking for the other one, which had actually made a complete circle around him and was heading for his now turned back, but Bubbles could sense it, he bounced high into the air, looking down at the ghost which was directly under him flying up, and used his right foot to push off his left boot which fell down and caused the second ghost to exploded. As Bubbles searched around the stage floating above it, he no longer could find Coraata, he heard the sound of rushing wind behind him from Coraata's instant transmission, and then he felt it, a Big Bang Attack from behind him. Knocking him down to the ground and causing a small explosion
"Obliterate him Bubbles, take your first step towards true power"
As Bubbles picked himself up from the strategic attack's destruction. The pounding in his head which he had tried to ignore for most of the match was getting stronger, the words echoed. Bubbles shot his arm into the air where Coraata was grabbing Coraata's right arm and pulling him down stretching his right leg up at the same pace and as the violently moving boot and foot made contact with Coraata's face, it could be heard from the stands, the move didn't stop there, he continued to pull down after contact with the foot was made and slammed Coraata into the ring with violent force and as his body returned to normal he walked over to Coraata, who at this moment could no longer move. Bubbles stood over him as the Ten-Count was made and Coraata was called out as KO-ed. "Here is your change kill him!" Bubbles heard the voice in his head's request clear, the worm wanted power, he powered down and his clothes became normal once more. Shaking he raised his hand and as energy built in it, he placed it right above Coraata's back lined up to where his heart would be. The energy manifested as the technique prepared itself. Firing the blast of green energy Coraata's wounds were healed, Bubbles flinched as the worm screeched in his head in anger. He then walked away from the arena, as medical personnel escorted the dazed Coraata away.
"You've won the bout, but you have failed Bubbles."
