Suit Abilities/Powers:
Superhuman Strength: With the suit fully-operational, Billie is capable of lifting approximately 80 tons. This can be increased with excess amounts of energy available.
Superhuman Speed: For standard, non-extensive, distances, Billie reacts and moves with speed superior to that of humans.
Flight: The suit is capable of propelling Billie up to Mach 10 easily, and when thrown into overdrive, she is capable of reaching orbital escape velocity. Boosters allow for an additional 500 tons of pushing force.
Superhuman Durability: Billie's armor is plated with molecularly-aligned, crystallized iron, reinforced by magnets and protected by layers of titanium-alloy shielding. Able to withstand nearly anything up to the force of a nuclear explosion at ground zero with minimal damage.
Energy Conversion Power Recharge/Power Cells: In order to maintain charge, Billie has developed a series of solar/thermal/kinetic/electric energy adapters to keep a steady stream of power to the suit. She can also sap the energy from other devices via proximity or contact.
Self-Contained Life Support System: Allows Billie to handle high levels of pressure and temperatures, as well as vacuums.
Onboard Computer/Sensor Array: An AI presence known as "Bridget" runs the outer systems of the armor when it is operating. While truthfully unnecessary, Billie has had the AI running since before she developed the armor, and has grown attached to it. Bridget gives background information, as well as tactical suggestions.
Repulsars/Lasers/Pulse-Bolts/Unibeam: The standard self-contained arsenal of the Chainlink armor, the lasers, repulsars, and pulse-bolts can be fired from nearly any part of the armor, while the uni-beam, for knock-back purposes, can only be fired from her chest.
Tri-/Multi-/Penta-/Omni-Beam: A collection of beams with varying degrees of power and energy consumption. Generally used in the form of arm-mounted rifles.
Smart Missiles: Targeted missiles, generally fired from wrists, shoulders, or back.
Phasing: By vibrating at incredibly high speeds, Billie can, in full armor, slip through solid matter. Cooldown for this ability is immediately enacted.
Cloaking: The armor can refract light around its surface; rendering Billie nearly unseen.
Energy Whips: Kept under her wrists, Billie's namesake whips are retractable, powerful, and very articulate. Generally cloaked in electricity, the whips can cut through most defenses, and siphon energy from technology it constricts.

Background Story:
Billie is from a future alternate universe based off of Iron-Man's original continuity. Tony Stark and his long-time love interest, Pepper Potts, marry and have Byllia as their first and only child. Being born into the Stark family, Billie was exposed readily to her fathers machines and gadgets, and became infatuated from a young age with the idea of taking up her father's career as a superhero.
She tinkered with Tony's designs as soon as she was able to hold a pencil correctly; redesigning aspects of the ARC-reactor allowed for it to be used in areas previously impossible. Billie won over many grants in her youth for Stark Industries, and quickly became known as the "Prodigal Daughter". With each passing year, Billie worked on her design for a super-suit, until, when she turned 15, her father found one of her designs for the whip-chain.
At first shocked she would consider using Whiplash's stolen tech, he soon became very proud of how the whole design fit into her idea for a hero outfit. After many weeks of talking it over with her parents and best friend, A.J. Rogers (Captain America's son), her dreams came true: she would get to fight crime. She and A.J. spent weeks longer finalizing the design and coming up with bad-a** names. Names such as "Bitchslap" and "Sabrelash" were considered, but ultimately Chainlink was established as her title.
Her first prototypes caused more mayhem then assistance, but eventually the used and effective Chainlink apparatus was finalized. Billie established herself as a crime-fighter terrifyingly fast, and was picked up as a reserve Avenger by the time she turned sixteen. Around this time, before she became the more team-player she is now, Billie had a tendency to go off on her own for patrols. One of these encounters led to a trap which had been laid by Katya Vanko, the child of Ivan Vanko, aka Whiplash, one of her father's enemies.
Katya managed to destroy Billie's latest suit at the time, which led to some injuries to the young girl's arms. For weeks she was distraught, and felt a victim to her own childish naivety. She began pushing herself, physically and mentally, training in near silence with A.J. and her father, all in the name of making herself stronger. After enough time had passed, Billie's new armor and new outlook led her to set a trap of her own for Katya. Luring the girl out by walking about in plain-clothes, she let the Russian villain attack her, only to have her new armor arrive on the scene. Billie's defeated Katya after a long, drawn-out fight, and returned more to her old self after the villain seemed to disappear.
Like her father, Billie spent most of her off time, even more so after the event with Katya Vanko, designing new armors to keep herself up to speed with the heroes and villains of the world. She had taken samples of the modified Extremis nanites from her father's lab, and set about modifying them even more. She never expected the accident which occurred preemptively, before the finishing touches could be put on. Her plans to develop her own Bleeding Edge armor were foiled, but she was allowed the ability to interface with technology, healing and react faster as a direct result.
Somewhat shaken by her accident, she set about designing more and more suits to counteract the relative lack of efficiency compared to her father's armor.
