Hayate and Chinatsu-hime
Sunlight leaked into the room from the wide window of Chinatsu and Hayates' bedroom, letting the two sleeping in the low bed know that it's morning. The brunette male groaned and buried his face into the blond's neck, unwilling to get up and face the day ahead of them. The blonde girl, on the other hand, blinked in sleepiness, before gently easing herself out of Hayate's embrace and getting out of bed. She rubbed the excess sleep out of her eyes and made her way to the bathroom to start her morning routine. Once finished with her bath, Chinatsu slipped on her plain white yukata and neatly tied the blue obi around her waist, before she padded over to the bed. A fond smile graced her lips as she took in the slumbering young man on it, but it was time for him to wake. "Anata, it's time to wake up," Chinatsu gently coaxed as she shook his shoulder.
Hayate groaned before cracking a green eye open to silently question the blonde. "I don't suppose I can sleep in?" he groggily asked, only to receive a negative shake of her head. He sighed, but sat up in the bed, pulling Chinatsu into his lap once he was up. He nuzzled the side of her neck, eliciting a gasp and a blush from the young woman in his arms. Though he knew she was technically a Shikabane Hime, a Corpse Princess, she was still his fiance, and he shouldn't treat her any differently than before. It was cute, that she insisted on calling him Anata. "Oya, oya, Hime-sama, didn't I tell you to call me Hayate? Afterall, I'd rather my Hime call me by name sometimes," Hayate teased, enjoying the pretty pink Chinatsu's face turned. He laughed as she lightly swatted his arm, before he swooped down and stole a kiss from her and hurried to the bathroom to wash up.
Chinatsu pouted, but got up from the bed and went to make breakfast. She quickly made rice and omelets and was finished by the time Hayate was ready. "Just in time Anata. Breakfast is finished," she informed and purposely ignored his request as punishment for teasing her. He laughed at her unsaid admonishment, but happily ate his breakfast with her. Once finished, they both exited to the Temple.
