Peter.Whitney Pleasant patina pulls apart a holy copper shrine Like gently creeping mossy claws, scarring all divine. When Peter got to the shore without the robot attacking him, he climbed out, using a sort of squishy, moss covered rock as a step up out of the river. Peter shook himself off like a dog and flopped down to bask for a bit. He tended to dry quickly so it shouldn't take long before he could get dressed. Unfortunately for him, that squishy rock wasn't a rock.
Peter, of course, didn't know this until the 'rock' let out a long, drawn out roar and rared up it's rather dragony looking head and glared down at him.
The dragon didn't normally get upset about people trodding on it. People couldn't hurt it. But the spot where this fleshy little being had stepped on its back definitely hurt. And that put the river dragon in a rather bad mood. It thrashed its tail angrily, sending a wave of water splashing outward.
Peter just stared up at it and sighed, a little annoyed. "Oh...bugger." Those were his last words as the dragon whipped its head forward and snapped its jaws down over him, gobbling him up in one bite. It didn't even bother to chew.
But...even eating the man was painful! The dragon started thrashing around the river in complete agony, with a dash of rage.
Stupid Humans! All the things you think you value, including the gift of life Will slowly, gently fall apart, 'til the world is right.

Edward Pourdlaw Edward was having the time of his life as he splashed and swam about in the water. Although they seriously were missing a beach ball, he was certain of this--when suddenly he was mauled! Edward yelped as he tried to shove off Storm who tackled him all of a sudden. Was this b*****d trying to pick a fight with him? Edward was not so touchy feely that he would just start wrestling with people he just met. It was a very brief underwater struggle when Edward felt a big wave that helped separate him from his attacker.
But where did the big wave come from? Edward resurfaced and was surprised when he saw a dragon towering over them. "Aw dude." Edward huffed. It looked like a pretty angry thing. Looks like it's time to escape since he didn't think sticking around and fighting would be a good idea. After all, what the heck could a werewolf do in water? He was a better fighter on land. Nope. Gonna play it safe and try to get out of here.
"Come on, Storm! Let's get out of here before we get eaten." Edward said as he tugged on Storm's arm to get him to swim towards land. He just hoped that maybe the teachers around them might be able to buy them time to get out of the water because the dragon definitely looked like it could swim faster than they could.

∑ DILLINGER ∑ Dillinger's head had been swiveling on his neck, following the path that the Ne'er do well tread out of the water and onto the shore. It appeared as though the conversations between the student and his fellow faculty member was over, and as such, his original objective kicked back in. with stiff movements the robot turned and trudged out of the river, beginning to approach the ne'er do well in an attempt to apprehend-
A large, red string of code bulldozed a track through his processors as the student was suddenly... eaten... by a dragon. He froze midstep as his brain dropped it's current objective and thrust a new, more imperative one into its place. His directive was quite strict as to what was most important when it came to students, and their safety was definitely a higher priority that disciplining them. With a large puff of steam, Dillinger bolted towards the river dragon, building a rescue plan in his head as he went. "Command, action, change mode, mode change to: combat, combat objective: rescue student." He considered his options. Exciting the gag reflex with a swift hit to the solar plexus seemed irrational, as Dillinger wasn't entirely sure how to convert such a plan of action into context with the creature's anatomy. Breaking into and removing the student from the stomach seemed unlikely from the outside as well, which left being eaten and breaking out from the inside. This also seemed unlikely, as the chances of a creature eating a large chunk of metal like Dillinger whole were very low. All in all, his second option was the most likely to succeed, even though its chances of success were still quite low.
"Combat path: External disassembly of creature to be completed as soon as possible. begin now. Endcommand."
(not sure what's happening here, but feel free to have mr. dragon do stuff to Dillinger. sweatdrop )

Angela.Tremaine My heart is like the ocean, it gets in the way So close to touching freedom, then I hear the guards call my name...
Ah...sudden dragon...thing. Angela wasn't sure what was going on, but the huge wave from the random dragon that had appeared (really, you'd think they'd put something like that in the brochure for this place) sent her flying through the air.
She was really just sort of annoyed because she would really love it if during one of these crazy monster attacks, she didn't get hurt. She sort of sighed, mid air, waiting to snap her spine on a tree, or be shredded to pieces on razor sharp rocks or something.
But instead, she landed on something sort of...bony. Something bony, that made a weird sort of splatting sound when she hit it. She plopped into the water and resurfaced seconds later, looking around, wondering what that---oh.
"Hello Professor Novaire. Thanks for, erm....catching me?" You can say it one more time, what you don't like, Let me hear it one more time, then have a seat while I take to the sky.

AYAH EVANS & COLLEEN XING Colleen is in the middle of enjoying her treat while looking at Suzanne and Severin from afar.. Well basically, her attention is focused only with the English professor.. By the time she took another bite, when out of no where a certain thing just roared and that moment, Colleen saw the jerk being eaten by a dragon... Oh well serves him right..
".........." DRAGON?!!.. She accidentally spit her food and saw it trashing at the ground towards the river.. Alright.. This is not good!.. And the robot starts to move.. Basically she's a demi-dragon goddess, but.. if its not from her world.. She just couldn't manipulate it! Useless!! Colleen starts to panic, Whatwouldidowhatwouldidowhatwouldido?!!
Meanwhile, Ayah is being sentimental beside the tree curling up.. She just couldn't do anything right now.. That river is so scary!.. Hearing a big commotion, she lifts her head and saw a beast in rampage.. Straightening up, Ayah starts to dash towards i---------?!! Crap! Did that thing went at the waters?! Darn it!!
She hates being useless!.. Anyway, Ayah would have to wait.. That thing might merge out from the water and she would be able to tackle it.. And that wou------------- Grummbllleeeeeeee~~
And once more, she's at the corner moping from hunger.. (( My brain died D8 ))

Severin Novaire "Literature is complex and one really has to think to understand it."________________________Severin was blind and the world was blurry, but he had ears. He could hear a raging creature and its flailing was vaguely seen with Severin's blurry eyes. But he could feel the angry waves of the waters and the first thing he had to to do was get Suzanne out of the water. The woman was a sitting duck in her inner tube because she couldn't swim. He just wanted to ditch her right away and hide for his own safety but he was a teacher and he had to get these students out of here first. Oh and Suzanne since she seemed more likely to get in the way than anything else. In fact, he couldn't even imagine her being even close to useful during a battle.
However, before he could jump to action, some big blurry someone just went splashing at him. Severin saw too late and there was a sting on his face as he heard a girl's voice. He recognized it but he couldn't remember exactly whose voice it belonged to. It was one of his students probably. His hand moved to push up his glasses in annoyance, but it wasn't there. Of course. Darn habits. "Er... yeah. No... No problem...? A-anyways, try helping rounding up all the other students. I'll try to distract whatever is out there so you guys can run away at least."
Since she was floating just find and wasn't drowning, he would assume that she could swim. He swam to where the blob of Suzanne was. He hoped it was her. It would suck if he was trying to push some kind of disfigured tree trunk to safety instead of the stupid demon. "Suzanne, I think we'll save this swimming lesson until later. You need to get out of here." Severin said as he tried pulling her back to where he thought the shore was. ________________________ "The beauty of it is that literature never hits me if I misunderstand. "

Suzanne saw that dragon eat the boy. That was one of the most interesting things she's seen all day and she wanted to remember that sight forever. She would have cheered, but she's a teacher and she couldn't really... cheer while a student--or someone who seemed like a student--got eaten. She had to be very concerned. So her acting skills were up and running. "Oh no! Those students, Severin! They're in trouble! They might get eaten too! We have to hurry and help them!" Suzanne cried out as she watched the two students still swimming in the river.
Yes, he will help them after he pushes her to safety of course. Once she was on dry land, she turned to the white haired student that Severin had just ordered to go gather the students to safety. "Come on, let's go together. I'll help round up the students." Suzanne said to her. Psssyyyyych. Suzanne was not going anywhere near that monster thing creature. She was going to grab that girl by the tree to make it look like she was working and let that white haired girl do whatever.
Suzanne began to hurry over to her when she saw Colleen who looked like she was panicking. "Now isn't the time. If you can't do anything to fight that creature, then we need to get the students." Suzanne said to Colleen as she gave her a good shake. "They're the priority right now, aren't they!?" Well, the main reason she was getting Colleen to spring to action is so it would be less work for Suzanne. Naturally, she was looking for her best interest. Suzanne went over to the girl who was stupidly moping around and not even running away. She wasn't by the tree anymore and had attempted to dash towards the creature. Stuuuuuuuuupid. Why would you not run away when there was danger? She was playing possum, wasn't she? Pretend to be dead danger goes away.
"Hey, students are to evacuate. You need to get out of here. Did you see that boy? He was eaten! We can't have anyone else get eaten. Get away from the water, quickly!" Suzanne said to her as she tried get the girl up and moving.

--Storm--
Where ever the wind blows, you will find me... ------------------------------------------------------- They had both gone underwater and Storm was pretty sure there was a bit of thrashing on Edward's end when all of a sudden The calm little river felt like the ocean. The hands of a wave had wrapped around Storm pulling him apart from Ed. He planted his feet (or attempted too, failing multiple times) and resurfaced. Storm wiped the silk like mud that the wave had stirred up away from his face and blinked away the water all to realize he was looking up at a very large and very upset river dragon.
Its official, Storm couldnt go anywhere with these people without something Odd happening. In all his years he hadnt once met a dragon of any sorts and now out of the blue, it was in his face. His first thought was to show respect, Bowing ... or saluting? Do dragons know what that means? After another rather painfully loud Rawr from the beast Storm finally noticed Ed Tugging on his arm.
"s**t!" was the only thing that he could actually think of saying at this particular moment. He tugged on Eds arm in return and he began swimming towards shore, keeping one eye on Edward's pace and another on the dragon's.

Angela.Tremaine My heart is like the ocean, it gets in the way So close to touching freedom, then I hear the guards call my name... "Right then," Angela said, getting her bearings and heading toward the shore. "Come on then, everyone out of the water!" She could see Storm dragging Edward out of the water and Ayah was huddling on the shore anyway. So that was good. It wouldn't be too difficult to get everyone rounded up and to safety.
But...what happened to that black haired kid that had been swimming? And what was that robot doing?
Ugh. No. Focus. Get to shore first. There was absolutely nothing she could with her abilities--not when copious amounts of water were involved. As soon as she was on land, Angela ran to where Storm and Edward were heading to shore. "Come on! Quickly!" She held her hands out to help them out of the water.
The dragon...thing...whatever it was, was thrashing wildly. It didn't seem to be attacking anyone else. It almost looked like it was in pain. The water around it was foaming up pink.
Was it bleeding?
She looked around. It looked like the options for subduing this thing were the art professor, Professor Novaire, or the librarian. "Someone needs to stop its movements!" she called. You can say it one more time, what you don't like, Let me hear it one more time, then have a seat while I take to the sky. ((Magic, Dillinger can do whatever you want...it doesn't matter. Peter is just chilling in the stomach being nommed by acid, a bit. LoL ))

∑ DILLINGER ∑ Dillinger barely registered anything that was going on around him other than the dragon before him. It was logical to assume that the other faculty in the area would escort the students to safety (there certainly were enough of them around) so all of his attention was focused on rescuing the ne'er do well. First things first: It would be much easier, with less chance of accidentally harming the student, if he managed to stop it thrashing. His best chances of doing that seemed to be by rendering the creature unconscious, despite how unlikely that seemed. So instead of first going at the creatures middle, he crouched and sprang, gears whizzing wildly in his joints and steam puffing in thick clouds out of the port on his head as he leapt and tackled the dragon around the neck. His next plan of action would be to somehow start dealing blows to the creature's head, if he didn't get shaken off first. The creature didn't seem to be putting up as much of a fight as he had expected, and if Dillinger had had the capacity, he would have been surprised. As it was, he clung to the creature, attempting to scale its neck while using his weight in an attempt to bring its head closer to the ground.

Edward Pourdlaw It was pretty hard to swim through a crazy river with a dragon thing thrashing about. Edward didn't want to admit it and he was totally in denial about it, but he knew that he actually enjoyed the challenge. Still, getting out of the water was the priority. He kept a careful eye on Storm to make sure he didn't go under, but for a pretty boy, he was keeping up pretty well.
Once he reached the shore, he grasped Angela's hand and got out of the water. He shook himself out of habit, spraying water everywhere. "Yeeeeeaaaah. We'll leave the subduing the movements thing to the teachers. Right now, we gotta get out of here." Edward said to Angela as he hurried away to quickly grab his clothes at least.

Peter.Whitney Pleasant patina pulls apart a holy copper shrine Like gently creeping mossy claws, scarring all divine.
The dragon started thrashing and wailing painfully as Dillinger jumped on its back. The water around it was churning violently, mud, moss and pink foam flying ever which way. Wailing pathetically, the river creature finally just gave up and flopped over. Its stomach felt like it was trying to eat its way out of its body and there was a weird thing trying to scale it.
Clearly its life was over. It laid there pathetically, watching everyone vacate the river. Dying wasn't a big deal, really. It was a spirit after all. If its body was destroyed, it would just return to its spirit form to recooperate. But...dying hurt.
Still, it didn't have energy left to fight so it just laid still, letting the robot climb on it.
Something gave way and a large air bubble around the vicinity of its stomach, surfaced and burst. Moments later, something dark haired and human shaped floated to the surface of the river and was still.
Peter was...somewhat unconscious. After being swallowed, it wasn't long before he found himself in the dragon's stomach. Feeling a bit like Jonah, he wondered how long it would take before he was either digested (he honestly wondered if he could survive that) or the dragon died. He had to admit that as humbling as it may be to admit--he probably caused one hell of a case of indigestion.
By the time his power ate its way through the dragon's body, the gastric juices had rendered him unconscious. The lungful of water he got right after, didn't help either. He wasn't exactly dead, though. And his body was already healing up. Now if someone would just pull him out of the river, he could cough up the water and get some oxygen to his brain and all would be well.
More or less. All the things you think you value, including the gift of life Will slowly, gently fall apart, 'til the world is right.
