Personality/Mannerism Light, playful, and not serious. As she walks there is a skip in her step. She tends to act a bit on the childish side. Once one knows what she is and her true motive to turn everything and everyone into sugary-sweets they realize that her lighthearted personality is actually her lack of regard towards human life and selfishness to full her own needs.
While out-an-about, she usually has a lollipop between her lips. When she is excited, she may bounce a few times like a bunny. When she is energized her irises grow large and become deep, pink disk. Finally, whenever she gets really wound up about her candy making or sugary destruction she tends to drool. Although these are only when she is happy or on the better side of a battle. If she is on the opposing end, Dulcibell can become very infuriated and when that happens her rabbit traits begin to show ultimately changing her appearance.

History/Background Dulcibell’s parents are both magical beings although somehow only she, the eldest, seemed to of received all the magical traits. The younger sister was born in more recent years and somehow managed to dodge all magical lineage. She currently lives a few miles off from the Death City boarder and is a normal citizen.
For the past one hundred years Dulcibell has been in German learning about her Witch roots and methods. While over there, the one thing she became most attracted to was the chocolates, they became not only a comfort food but with time a necessity. Soon her animal base was overrun with sugar resulting in her inspiration for all of her magical abilities and theme. After learning about her father’s death by a Meister and Demon Weapon from DWMA, Sugar Witch knew that was just the place to fill up her cravings for not only candy, but excitement and disorder.
Appearance Pink hair with some curls, sporting a rather short traditional German dress. Although, instead of the usual neutral colors, the skirt is pink, the vest is red and all else is a mixture white and pale brown.

♥ Candy Warriors: She summons candy-based warriors to fight for her when needed (Gingerbread men with gumdrop rods, Liquorish Ladies with liquorish whips and peppermint swords). Though they are not powerful, if you aren’t trained then they will prove to be difficult
♥ Leavenize: She can increase the size of any item she can get her hands on to abnormal proportions
♥ Caramelize: Convert objects or people into inanimate candy sculptures
♥ Royal Armor: Creates armor out of royal icing which can resist not only an unlimited number of basic attacks but any lethal hit up to three times before breaking. The armor looses durability each time it is consecutively used.
♥ Rabid Rabbit: Her eyes, even the whites, turn a bright pink allowing her to see and pick out items that are dangerous to her much like an animal’s six sense towards predators.
