As you know, everyone needs a house.
If you are a child, you of course live with your parents until a certain age (differs for each clan) But if you are an adult, you need to buy one. Below are the prices, much like the shops.

Small House (dirt floor, old, and not much space) 1k
Medium House (Choice of rug or wood floor, somewhat old, regular) 2k
Large house (Choice of tile, marble, wood, or carpet floor, new, lots of space) 3k

Houses can also be upgraded by donating 1k. There is no Real Estate jobs, just ask me or any crew members for an upgrade. If you donate, let me know. As I might not see.
