I'M READY!
BASIC INFORMATION
Name: Czepel Répa • CHE-pell REY-pah
Nicknames: Zeppel, Chip - he usually tells people to call him this if they have trouble pronouncing his name.
Age: Looks 13-15, might actually be older?
Stage: Teen Patient
Patient Type: Joltik Gijinka
HISTORY:
Czepel grew up surrounded by family. He loved them all -- his mother, his father, his aunts and uncles, his grandparents, his siblings -- all two hundred of them, but of particular importance was his twin sister, Czilla. Everyone else seemed to think so, and the two were raised doing everything together, spending much of their childhood in an idyll nestled within the plains of Hungary. But, as one child of hundreds, Czepel began to feel crowded in his family's increasingly cramped home. What once felt comforting and safe became stifling and overbearing -- he was never alone, everything was shared with the entire family, and why couldn't they just give him some space?
Desperate to have something to call his own, Czepel took up several hobbies, but nothing sated his desire quite like traveling away from home. Every vacation the Répa family took became a blessing, a chance to steal away some time for himself, and after meeting someone who seemed genuinely interested in him, just him, not his sister, his siblings, or anyone else, Czepel found more and more reasons to sneak out of the house. His first boyfriend, a Crawdaunt named Ravin, always asked to meet by the seashore. Their meetings became a symbol of freedom to Czepel, until one day the only thing waiting for him on the shore was a large, suspiciously human-sized net...
In retrospect, he probably shouldn't have tried to investigate it.
PERSONALITY:
Does he even know where he is? Judging by Czepel's easygoing attitude, he probably doesn't -- or can't bring himself to care. Czepel is a slacker, unable to put effort into things like 'fearing for his life' and 'running', but he's approachable and easy to talk to... and, according to his twin sister, easy to smack across the face. He won't retaliate, either, as he's more interested in keeping the peace or that thing you're wearing than arguing. There's very little that can ruffle Czepel; unflappable and unfettered, his presence wavers between comforting and unsettling. Who knows what he's thinking about to keep himself so calm?
APPEARANCE:
Hair: Blond, very fluffy; a small area is dyed blue, and he has an idiot hair curling out from the top of his head.
Eyes: Crystal blue, wide and relaxed
Height: 4'5'' / 134 cm
Weight: 103 lbs / 46 kg
Body Type: Small and wiry. He looks like he would be quick, but he's too lazy to bother...
Clothes: What was once a simple yellow hoodie trimmed with blue fluff is now a monstrosity of checkers and detached sleeves. He wears an odd, tricolored belt over this thing and has completely useless zippers on his jeans, and after haphazardly cutting his right sleeve for gloves, he decided to paint his nails bright blue on a whim. Really, Czepel's asymmetrical outfit doesn't make much sense, but he's proud of it; he made it himself. Underneath it, he wears a sleeveless white top rimmed with blue lining. He's often seen with a pair of oversized goggles around his neck.

POWERS AND TRAITS:
Powers:
Electroweb - With careful fingers, Czepel weaves fine silk charged with electricity. Currently, he can only produce a few pounds per day, but the silk is quite strong, and painful when touched by those without resistance to electricity. When used in battle, Czepel likes to wrap up his opponents to slow them down and make his escape.
Gastro Acid - A disgusting attack that can only be used once per day. Czepel expels acids from his stomach that, upon contact, temporarily suppress an opponent's ability. Only one random ability (chosen with a die) can be sealed at a time.
Traits:
Static Feeder - Feeds off of static electricity. As a result, Electric attacks seem to energize him.
Compoundeyes - The goggles DO something! Czepel has exceptionally good eyesight and heightened accuracy when it comes to aiming his attacks.
NOTE: Please don't make him without his sister!
