"One of my roommates is my childhood friend! And the other one is his cousin, who is nice too...and we have one more roommate, but I haven't met him yet. I'm sure he's nice too!"
His eyes twinkled when she mentioned the zoo.
"That will be amazing...it will be a lot of fun and cuddles..." he said, imagining it.

Lissa suddenly clapped her hands together, a grin spreading over her face. "That's it!" She exclaimed, before grabbing Akira's wrist and beginning to drag him to the exit. "We're going to the zoo!" She had decided that the zoo would be a good option for them both, saying as they shared a common interest in animals.

"You still have a few hours, right? That's plenty of time!" Lissa continued to say excitedly. When she had a plan in mind she usually switched to a one track thought process, and this was one of those times.

So I just went into the hallway full hermit mode to do my laundry. Pajama glad, messy hair, awkwardly dazed look from staring at my computer, blanket still over my shoulders. My neighbor made eye contact with me and I just stared right back
