Jutsus are learned via making a number of training posts. The system is rather simplystic, but effective. A player's level of skill effects the number of required posts.
You start off at learning. When you have half of the posts required for a jutsu, you progress to Unmastered. When you have all of the posts done for a jutsu, it is ranked up to mastered. When you post training roleplays for a jutsu, keep tally on the number of posts done so far, and also do so on your profile.
