Light built, skinny and quick. When wearing the symbiote suit, Carnage, the outer-layer is a bit more muscled, with spindly limbs and many spines.
Personality:
Desiree-
Desiree suffers from schizophrenia, multiple-personality-disorder, and acute anxiety disorders, both of which can cause her to go into fits of psychosis and cause incredibly violent reactions to everything. When she is calm, she is bubbly, giggly, and acts as a young child might in many situations. She relies on her brother's guidance to protect her from outside harm and to support her as "the voices" taunt and pic at her; one of these voices being the memory of her brother Desmond, which has formed a completely alternate personality.
Desmond-
Desmond is smart, witty, and suffers from a rather moderate case of obsessive compulsive disorder. He is only ever "happy" when everything is orderly and quiet, which is not often when he's around his sister. The Carnage symbiote which has overtaken him and his sister has left him a bit cold and unfeeling, even malicious on his outlook of humanity. He cares for nothing besides killing and his sister, and can be very demanding of others.

Bio:
(It should be noted that the siblings are superhuman for they are currently playing host to the Carnage symbiote, from a modified mainstream universe 616 that I am called 620 for all intents and purposes. The main difference being that when Cletus Kasady found the symbiote copy in the Negative Zone, it didn't bond with him permanently; just a normal bond as it had before. This means that when Sentry tore Kasady in half above Earth's atmosphere, he died, truly, and small remnants of the Carnage symbiote fell to the ground once more. This means that in universe 620, the events of Carnage U.S.A. and such did not occur.)
Desmond Nellis was born in Williamsburg, Virginia to a psychiatrist father and a housewife. The Nellis family was very easy-going for the first four years of their son's life, until the boy began to show signs of OCD. Desmond's father, being a mental-health professional, began working around his son's issues, and trying to help him live life like a normal young boy. When Desiree was born, and as she began to grow up, she proved to have more mental issues than her brother in a big way. Between the anxiety and the schizophrenia, Desiree had a hard time in school for her entire life, and never made many friends. Desmond stepped in where he could to try and make her life easier, and they developed a closer bond than their parents thought they would.
Around the time Desmond turned 21 and Desiree 16, both of their parents were killed in a car crash, leaving Desmond, still struggling with his own disorder, in the care of Desiree. With their medical bills being payed by their parents life insurances, Desiree's inability to function in regular society proved to be the major issue for the duo. As they both got older, Desmond's compulsions kept him busy, along with his online job, and Desiree was given counselling for her issues. After about seven years, Desiree seemed to finally be on the cusp of a breakthrough with her issues and hearing the taunting voices from nowhere in her head.
Their lives were broken once more, however, when, in the Earth's atmosphere, Sentry tore apart Cletus Kasady, also known as Carnage, and sent fragments of the dangerous symbiote onto the earth below. Desmond was returning home from buying groceries as a large section of the symbioted dropped onto him; pining for his mental illnesses and problems. Desmond panicked, and was hit by an oncoming car, leaving a gash in his head. A gash which the symbiote crawled inside of readily. His mind now spinning with crazed thoughts and ideas not his own, the symbiote relayed all the knowledge held by its previous owner to Desmond.
Stumbling from the crash, Desmond returned to the apartment, where Desiree was waiting. In a panic over the sight of her brother's injuries, Desiree wen ballistic, and began throwing glassware and knives at Desmond. After a huge fight, Desiree ended up cutting off Desmond's hand, and accidentally setting him on fire with a match. As the authorities arrived, Desiree screamed and told the police officers and fire-fighters to leave. With nothing to go one but the neighbors complaints and the slight smell of something burning, the police and fire departments left.
Desiree nearly succumbed to a heart-attack as she came down from her rage, and realized what she had done. Little did she know of the symbiote afflicted hand her brother had lost, and the evil which still lurked inside of it. While she fell asleep after sobbing over Desmond's body, the hand began to deteriorate into the symbiotic substance inside of it, and found its way into a cut Desiree had afflicted on herself in the previous scuffle. She awoke with a start as her brother's body was gone, yet his voice was in her head. Desiree panicked and ran for the window of their third-story apartment, yet landed perfectly and without injury, aside from a small scrape on the knee.
Something inside Desiree willed her to gouge at the scrape with her nails, and she did so quickly. As the blood began to flow, it formed the all-too-familiar face of Carnage (though a more feminine form, and with less red and more black veins). With the strange power and overwhelming urge to kill everything in sight, Desiree began to rampage through her hometown, under the slight guidance of her brother's voice in her head. After being chased out of town (or being too bored to continue the reckless slaughter) Desiree found herself on the outskirts of Richmond. It was here that the personality of Desmond revealed itself to Desiree.
Taking complete control, the Desmond-personality stalked prey throughout the city, wondering how he had achieved such power. Once the morning sun rose, Desiree awoke to find herself not where she remembered. Desmond "spoke" to her in her head, just like the other voices did for all her life. But the voice of her brother was silencing to the others. Desmond's personality takes hold when the situation calls for it, or whenever the bloodlust supersedes simply psychotic rage; for revenge or to test new limits, are when Desmond shows himself.
With the knowledge of their power and a whole world out in front of them, The Nellis siblings decided it was time to play.
Powers/Abilities
Symbiotic Skin: Desiree posses the ability to change her outward appearance using the symbiote attached to her body, allowing her to wear practically anything her mind can think of. This also allows her to cloak, and change her hair without so much as lifting a finger.
Superhuman Strength: Carnage can lift about 90-tons, as the symbiote has evolved slightly due to her abnormal brain.
Superhuman Speed: Carnage can run and move at speeds superior to those of any normal human being.
Superhuman Stamina: Her body produces less physically impairing chemicals when it exert itself, meaning she can go feasibly two days without feeling tired, even when in the most physically demanding situations.
Superhuman Agility: Carnage possesses the reflexes, balance, and coordination beyond that of human capability.
Superhuman Durability: The symbiote, evolved from its time in space, has developed even more density to its form. Meaning that the hosts can take even more damage then Cletus Kasady did. Carnage can withstand explosive forces, tank shells, and pressure beyond that of even Venom.
Regeneration: Desiree posses the ability to regrow removed parts of her body when damaged, so long as she can absorb the right amount of organic material (i.e. she loses and arm, then absorbs a person beside her, the arm will regrow).
Wall-Crawling/Web-slinging: Like Spiderman and Venom before it, Carnage can crawl along any surface as though it were perfectly climbable. Also, she can launch streams of their symbiotic form as webs to trap, swing, and climb along.
Constituent-Matter Manipulation: Carnage can shift parts of its body into weapons and other shapes like blades, wings, axes, and spikes. However, these items disintegrate after being separated from Desiree's body for about a minute.
Immunity to Spider-Sense: Carnage will not trigger Spiderman's Spider-Sense, regardless of how close it is.
