Windhelm, one of the holds in eastern Skyrim. The hold itself is secured by a large stone wall that is often manned with guards. The city is divided into three sections, the rich area, the market and the slums. The castle sits at the head of all the sections. Look out, there are some Stormcloak sympathizers here, as well as some racism.
