Whiterun Hold, home of the Companions. This hold is divided into three parts. The lowermost part is called the plains district, and is the home of the market place. The next tier up, the wind district, is the residential area, and the home of Jorrvaskr, where the companions reside. The top district is the cloud district, and holds the castle Dragon's Reach.

Magicka isn't just about power

Seregon took the arm of his son, Astien and lead him through the city and to the Bannered Mare, a local inn. "Don't talk to anyone" He whispered to Astien once inside. The place was filled with drunks. He doubted the woman at the counter would allow him to take bounties with a fourteen-year-old boy so he left Astien at a chair next to the entrance of the inn. After requesting the remaining bounties, he was handed three fliers of wanted groups of bandits. He left the counter and searched for Astien.

Astien was just staring at one of the drunken patrons, who had found him and was trying to engage him in conversation. Astien however, was following Seregon's orders to the letter and refused to so much as open his mouth. Still, the drunk seemed to be having a very in-depth conversation about his wife and child with him despite Astien not responding. He looked up at Seregon as he returned, looking oddly unsure of what to do in this situation. It wasn't as if the man was trying to annoy him, heck, it wasn't even all that bad. He was just talking. A lot.

Seregon gave a smirk at Astien staying in place. He took a quick sip of his Hist bottle as before heading out of the inn "You seemed confused" He mentioned as the volume of the area around them lowered when the left the inn filled with drunkards. "Drunks are quite... strange. They have many kinds of drunk personalities. The majority you saw there were the partyers". He showed Astien the folders "Anyways, we have some bandits to kill later." He didn't quite care if they heard him talking about killing someone since they were bandits and were a menace in the citizen's point of view.

Astien managed to get away and follow Seregon when the drunk paused, taking little note o fthe bottle he was drinking from. It took him a minute to adjust to the quieter volume outside the boisterous inn. "Partiers? Do they go to inns often?" he asked, nodding at the bandit comment. Good, they had things they could do now. That was good. Apparently it was a common thing, killing bandits, as no one gave them so much as a second glance.

Seregon didn't want to leave just yet. He climbed up the stairs to the wind district and sat at a bench stair at a large tree with blooming flowers and plenty of leaves. The dragonborn apparently fixed that years back before even fighting dragons. "So boy, Anything on your mind?" He asked as he stretched and in haled.
