I've been looking into some of todays Traditional Jazz bands (Dixieland Jazz). Does anyone have any recomendations? You can recommend old groups too, but modern ones would be great! ALSO if you know of any Trad Jazz festivals you've been to, list them here.

The Dirty Dozen Brass Band would come to mind first they're one of the most recent cool bands to come from New Orleans! It's so funny that they sponsor Jupiter horns. They're probably customized to thier liking or they just play with what they got. (Jupiter horns suck) anywho they have a nice approach to Dixieland style music.
There's also The Preservation Hall Jazzband which has a nice bit in history.
wait these bands are more of New Orleans style than Dixieland... sweatdrop

Yeah. Those band ARE more New Orleans style than what I was looking for, much like the Olympia Brass Band. Although Preservation Hall still counts, as they are still around today and play in a less-Street band like fashion.
Groups i'm talking about are like, the High Sierra Jazz Band, Jim Cullum Jazz Band, Buck Creek Jazz Band, Dixie Summit, etc. Players like Bill Allred, Allen Vache, Warren Vache Jr./Sr., Ed Metz Jr, Rusty Stiers, Westy Westenhopher, Tom Hook, Eddie Erickson, Bill Dendle, etc.
Trad Jazz Festivals, like Dixieland Monterey, East Bay Jazz Festival, Sacramento Jazz Jubilee, etc.
