Landon smiled at her sweet tone. She was so much more beautiful when she was happy. "You can eat more, there's plenty," he smiled, warmly, at Heather. "I make this myself, everyone makes their own, and it doesn't take long to make anything...except the bread, that takes a couple hours..." he smirked, taking another piece. There'd be enough till dinner, but he would have to bake some for tomorrow.

Heather ate the rest of the one piece of bread. She took another but she was still eating it slowly. Her eyes closed as she ate it because she loved the flavor of the bread itself. Once she finished that piece she smiled at Landon sweetly. "Your pretty good had baking." She admitted to him. She looked at him but for some old reason her smiles wouldn't last long. There was something from stopping them but she would never tell.

Landon's smile dropped along with Heather's, "I have to be able to...there's no one to take care of me," he admitted. Their silence was interrupted by banging no the door and he opened it to see his best mate, Matt. " 'Ey, Matt, how's it going?" he asked, but Matt's eyes were on Heather. Matt walked over to her, "I'm much better, now that I've seen you," he charmed, brown eyes sparkling.

Heather looked at this new guy blankly. She didn't say one word at all. After a few second came a frown on her face as she looked at Matt. She then looked over to wher Landon was and smiled at him sweetly. She did not like this friend of his at all.

Landon's jaw was clenched. "Matt, bud, can you go? Hate to kick you out so soon, but I have stuff to do." he said and melted at Heather's smile. He grinned back, warmth in his eyes, as Matt left, grumbling. Landon walked up to Heather, "Sorry 'bout that, Heather..." he sighed. "Anything you want to do today?" he asked.

"Could you show me around this place?" She asked him because she wanted to study the island. She wondered if this was the place her father was taking her go study or not. Heather looked away when the thought of her father reached her mind.

Landon nodded, "Sure, Heather," he held his hand out for Heather to take. He saw her expression fall and crouched in front of her, "Heather... What's wrong?" he asked, taking her hand gently. "Are you alright!" he gently rubbed her palm.

Heather wanted to pull her hand away from him but for some reason she wouldn't, "I was just thinking about my father." She said to Jim while looking him in the eyes. She looked at Landon but side nothing more to him. Her face then went blank. No emotion. No nothing.

Landon clenched his jaw. He hated that she cut off from
Everything, her face went blank and her emotions stopped. It's as if she could become a robot! "If you still want to see the island, you can change into some of the clothes my cousing have you in my room." he said and packed a basket with bread, jam, fresh vegetables and chicken; the only animal he had. He bought lamb and beef from other people.

Heather nodded and went back to Landon's room. She found the clothes and changed into whatever she grabbed first. Heather thought it was wired to wear someone else's clothes but she would deal with it. She brushed all her hair with her fingers over her right shoulder before she returned to where Landon was. She looked at him. "So how do I look?" Heather asked him trying he best to smile for him. it was a small smile that she got of her lips.

Landon swallowed his words, "You look very nice." he hoped that Heather didn't get the wrong idea. He wanted to tell her that she looked overwhelmingly beautiful, but he didn't want to scare her off. "Shall we begin with the south end? That's this end, where my tribe lives," he told her, walking to the door.

Heather smiled at him more sweetly. "Wherever you want to start I will fallow. She said as she walked behind him to the door. She brushed a piece of her blue hair out of her face. She wondered what she was going to see today. Heather today whould just fallow Landon around anywhere he wanted to take her and she would not complain at all. She thought he was a sweet guy and she would maybe miss him when she left. Right now she knew she didn't want to stay here at all.

Landon smiled, softly, and took Heather's hand, gently, and lead her out. "I'll show you my tribe's part of the island. We're called the Catchers," he chuckled and led her to the shore. "The shore of the pacific. It's the warmest part of the ocean...sometimes it's Warmer than the air around it. We do our fishing, bathing and excercise here. We also get out drinking water and boil it. Sometimes we go up to the spring... But that's a three hour walk." he told her, dipping a foot into the water. He put the basket of food down and took his shirt off, wading into the water. "C'mon. The waters perfect..." he grinned, diving in.

Heather walked with Landon when he took her hand at first and lead her to this new area. She watched him them as he took off his shirt and dove into the water. At first Heather did not want to go into the water but she knew she was safe if Landon was with her. She took off her own shirt because she still had her bikini under her clothes but she didn't take off the shorts. Heather dove into the water and looked at the world in it. She smiled as she swan under the water at all she saw.
