I've heard that your supposed feel the love of God and the presence in certain holy places like the altar, but I don't feel the love of God... during the entire Catholic Mass. I believe in God and Jesus and everything about Catholocism, but its just this that there is... Is there a diety of Christianity that is the same or about the same as Catholocism but does not believe in Mass/Service. I'm not lazy or anything I really just do not feel God in Mass.

What do you want this other form of Christianity to have in common with Catholicism exactly? You say "the same or about the same" but ritual generally and Mass in particular are pretty important in Catholicism, so I just want to know basically what you're looking for.

I've heard of a diety of Christianity that believes in Christ, God and the HS, but does not go to Mass or anything.

Nearly ALL versions of Christianity do that. You said you wanted one like Catholicism. Which aspects of Catholicism do you want to see in your new denomination?

Nearly ALL versions of Christianity do that.

I was under the impression that there are quite a few Christians that don't go to church. They just say they believe in god and leave it at that. Nearly all versions of Christianity include mass, but not all Christians actually go to church.

Perhaps when I said "versions" I should have said "sects", as individual people sort of have their own versions of Christianity in a sense.

Most sects have Sunday church. That's not quite the same as Mass which is very specific.

And Aspen, you keep saying diety. That's not a word as far as I can tell. Do you mean deity? I don't really think you do because a deity is a god. You're not looking for a different god. In fact, you seem quite pleased with the one you are currently worshiping. Do you maybe mean variety?

Help us help you out a little. Are you trying to stay with something Catholic or Orthodox? Are you willing to go Protestant?

You're kinda SOL on the service part. That's pretty much every church everywhere in one form or another.

Everything, the belief of Christ as the Son of God and the Messiah, the Virgin Mary, the pope as their spiritual leader, I just do not believe in Mass anymore.

Well then you're kind of screwed. Catholics are the only ones that honor the Pope as their spiritual head and Mass is part of the deal, though not all Catholics go every Sunday. Some just go to the big holy day masses like Easter and Christmas.

Pretty much what Called the Raven just said, but i have something that might be helpful:
You do not belive in mass, because you don't feel the holy prescence there, according to what you said before.

One, i doubt all catholics feels that, if any of them truly does it at all.
Two:
Jesus said something about people saying "he is here" or "he is there", and that he would not be there.
This may be so with the mass and the altar too.
So, even though some have felt divine prescense at the Mass and the Altar, it may not be for you.
Do not go where others tell you to, to find God or Jesus.
I can't even give you a proper direction, for the same reason.
Perhaps i can say this: Try to find your own way, your own relation to God and Jesus.

So what you're saying us that I don't need to feel the presence of God?

No, I don't think that's what she's saying. I think she's saying that you might not feel God in the Mass but that doesn't mean you can't feel that presence elsewhere.

Again, called the raven is spot on.
You may very well feel the prescense of God somewhere else.

But, as said, pointing you in any direction would be wrong.
... At least in the standard use of the word "direction", i assume.
