...for some reason, you start liking a song that is completely out of your usual genre?

Like, I normally listen to rock, alternative, jazz, and a little bit of metal, but for some reason I like one Nicki Minaj song, Super Bass.
I don't know why...I just do...

I like never, ever, EVER listen to hip-hop or whatever you want to call it.
I like some pop, but not much.

I have had that happen. With Skrillex. I don't usually listen to techno but my brother does and like it just gets stuck in my head and it's like, 'Wow, this isn't too bad.'

I have had that happen. With Skrillex. I don't usually listen to techno but my brother does and like it just gets stuck in my head and it's like, 'Wow, this isn't too bad.'

That happened to me with the song 'Moves Like Jagger'.
Like, when it first came out I hated it, but then it kept getting stuck in my head and before you know it, boom. I end up listening to it so much that I start liking it :3

Yeah gotta watch out for those catchy tunes. xD They sneak up on you when you least expect it. Heck, I've gotten commercial songs stuck in my head and like it's the most annoying thing ever because it makes me want to sing along with the commercial song when it's on TV. Which perhaps isn't such a bad things since I usually loose interest in what I'm watching during the commercials. xD

Heck, I've gotten commercial songs stuck in my head and like it's the most annoying thing ever because it makes me want to sing along with the commercial song when it's on TV. Which perhaps isn't such a bad things since I usually loose interest in what I'm watching during the commercials. xD

I usually get Christmas music stuck in my head. Suprisingly not commercial jingles :3

That has happened to me a few times. I'm typically a rock/metal kinda guy. Usually Disturbed or Korn or Linkin Park. But then a friend of mine got me to watch Cat's the Musical, and now I own about 6 different soundtracks to various musicals...they are just so catchy, and then maybe a week ago I caught myself singing along with a Country song on the radio and had one of those moments you mentioned.
