with an old partner we met in the 70s

THE DICE

here is how a standard dice works
6sided dice btw~

between a 4(soldiers) vs. 4(creatures) player match in each thread
situate your team and order
you will take turns like well behaved, goodsported players*

Direct your attack by saying which player your attacking (in quote)
then roll

Standard Damage Rule Set

Normal hit = 45
High hit = 80
Critical = 110

1-miss/2-3-normal/4-5-high/6-critical(makes the enemy skip a turn)
your characters class will effect the placement of the dice as well**

then in return your quoted enemy has a chance to STILL dodge it
by rolling against your move by these standards
1dodge/2-6harmed

3 consecutive magik hits of high or critical calibur
will place an ailment on your opponent:
fire-burn (10dmg for 4 turns)
ice-frozen (unable to move for 2 turns)
lightning-paralysis (unable to move for 2 turns)
earth-pummeled (misses next 2 turns)

Races-

Elves-
element based attacks for weapon classes (+20/-10 element dmg)
choose two elements* (fire,ice,lightning,earth)
swift feet allow you to dodge easier (1-2dodged,3-6harmed)

Dwarves-
element based attacks for weapon classes (+5/-10 element dmg)
can use firearms
choose one element*

Humans-
can use firearms successfully (2-3high,4-6critical)

Orc-
tough skin add 500 HP to any class chosen
melee attacks are more powerful (+20dmg)

Vampires-
sucks life out of an opponent with any successful melee hit
(normal-15hp,high-25hp,critical-45hp)

Werewolves-
human abilities when human~
can turn into a beast for 6 turns
(HP1200,atk-45/80/150)(S.eft-Keen Senses: can never miss)
after you return to a human body you must rest for 2 turns

*Centaur- (warrior,archer,mage,tank)
element based attacks for weapon classes (+20/-10 element dmg)
choose one element*
can attack twice in a row (to two different players or the same one)
