Name Meaning: Upon seeing this amazing amazing wish, I immediately thought of Rainbows, which, for some reason immediately made me think of Reading Rainbow xD. And after contemplating how it could fit in with the wish, I fell in love with the idea. "Weir" is the last name of one of the writers of the main theme song for that show. I also chose this name because it is one letter off from being 'weird', and that made me chuckle a little at tying that in to the wishes personality<3.
