Okay, so, there IS a rule of no death, where no shinobi can be killed in the exams(yes, I know I said I'd post ALL of the rules when the Sign-In ended BUT I need this done now instead of later). So, I need mediators, just in case one of the shinobi gets the supposed idea to go ahead and break rules. These mediators need to be Jounin and above, nothing less.
