Yo! This is all about a chick name Stacy, a.k.a Mini America, a small American colony on some recently discover islands off the coast of the good ol' U.S. of A. She's may look totally chill, but she kicks some major plutonian a**! Cuase, her boss, America is so awesome, he gives her all the things she needs to get by. So she barely has to show herself at the World meetings. In fact she never has. So no one knows what she looks like, except Canda and America. Most of her time is spent with her awesome boss, partying, eating hamburgers and playing video games! Stacy doesn't seem to mind being friend-zoned by America, cuz he makes up for it by being the coolest guy around!
