Bio: Ceil is a merchant, he wanders, drifting from place to place with no real goal. He has sold many things to all kinds of people, from weapons, to curatives, to information to people. He knows his place, and doesnt consider himself a leader, he prefers to be a follower, and will follow any good leader.
