1. It doesn't matter who blesses the clutch. It can be any legendary. Also, any parent can be "blessed", or both parents can be!
2. It's a lot like what it sounds. Basically the parents are wished good fortune or something of the like, though a blessing can come in many shapes and forms, and might not always seems like a blessing at the time xD
3. There are a few newbies floating around the thread, but no I don't know who specifically, yet. If you have a friend who's a newbie, though, feel free to put down their name smile
4. I prefer non-growing (or adult-only) because I'm impatient >_> but if you REALLY want growing, that's fine with me~

EDIT: I forgot to add that getting a blessing means that the clutch gets an extra baby added to it, though the max number still applies.

Well, Reed is a bit superstitious and though I don't think he'd be the type to stick around and raise a clutch, he would at least stick around with the mom to help out until the sacs were laid. Because of this, he'd certainly know he had babies on the way and might seek a blessing (he's sort of a witch doctor/shaman type character xD). He wouldn't necessarily be seeking a legendary, but that's what would happen.
SO to make a long explanation short... it could be either or both of them. I don't mind doing it because legendary RP's are usually short, but if you prefer to then that's okay too!

I think usually the name is up to the colorist, though I'm sure if we wanted we could suggest a name to them. Troubled Waters x Whistle-Reed.... the first thing that came to mind for me was "Water Reed babies" or maybe "Broken Reed" though that one sounds a bit ominous xD

Basically it's just been him and Tooth (his watersnake) his whole life, so he's doesn't really know how to act around others. He's weird, but he's friendly, and he likes to eat eggs. A lot. Oh, and he "invents" things but he really sucks at it. P:

If she's curious, maybe she could come across one of his (failed) inventions? And Brume would be all happy and show her but then it falls apart or something. xD; (Would she still breed with him though? He's full of so much fail...)
