Markings/Tattoos: The same crest seen on his shield in his real form can be seen on the back of his armor in his human form, implying that when he changes, his human armor is now his shield.


Abilities/ Powers/ Magic: Sylvain's magic is Holy- a magic of pure yellow light or fire. No one is sure of what forms it, but only few assume from readings that beings of high power such as Archangels and possibly even God himself are capable of releasing this ability. This magic is able to make even the strongest demon turn away and cower in fear. He is able to conjure up swords made from this ability most notably seen in his main attack, Throne of Swords, where he is seated upon a throne while his opponent is far away from him with rows of swords pointed. After judging them equally, being guilty, the swords will all aim and fire at the opponent, exploding when all have hit in a wave of pure blinding light. If they are not guilty, then the attack will stop. Holy is also a spell that is only created and strengthened through the use of Prayers. As such, this spell can drain him since he is also bound to a human form.

Sylvain is also able to control Lunar Ice- There is a theory made by humans and other beings who believe that the coldest of ice lies in the Moon itself. Ice capable of stopping even the hottest fires right in its tracks and freezing bodies of water in only a few seconds. If Sylvain has enough power or energy to do so, he will be able to create a small construct of the moon, allowing him to drop it on whoever he is fighting against. Like Holy, however, he cannot simply use this magic whenever he wishes. He will be able to resupply this power only when there is a full moon into equation (at midnight) or if he has a piece of the moon.

Because Holy and Lunar Ice are too powerful for his human body to handle, their forms turn into Lightning and Wind or their lesser forms when he is normal. As such, he is an expert in fighting with his sword as well as close quarters combat. Just as he is able to cast Wind and Lightning, his sword acts as a conductor and rod if anyone else uses those magics against him, allowing him to store the powers in his sword thanks to the orbs on the side of them. He is able to resend the attack back on the whim if he desires to.

Race Human? Sylvain is really presumed to be an Archangel in disguise. They say that when humans look upon the form of these beings, they either go blind or crazy, because when Sylvain is in that form, it happened to someone who had a brief encounter with him. As such, Sylvain sticks to a human form for him to be able to go around freely without having humans harm themselves or others.

Personality: Sylvain is seen as cold-hearted and nonchalant, which is only the icing on the cake for that. Everything he dislikes is seen to him as a slap to God's face and sees to it personally that they are gotten rid of. He does not like confusion and chaos, but understands well they run in a balance with clarity and order. Light and Darkness. As such, he knows that he can not help purge the world of evil, but he can bring Justice into the area. Besides all of that, he is a good moral being who values the friendship and trust of others as well as protecting those who need it.

History/ Bio: Sylvain has no exact idea what he is exactly. All he know is that 3500 years ago, he appeared in the city of Kougi as a human with amnesia. He was discovered by a family who took him in to a nearby village not far from the Kingdom of Kougi. He was given the name Sylvain, named after the Angel who was said to protect the village after no one was able to determine who he was and his amnesia never letting up. On one fateful night however, demons chose to attack the village, showing Sylvain's high dislike for them. He was able to defend the village as best as he could, miraculously displaying high combat skills and magical abilities as if he knew how to do so his entire life. It however was not enough. He was unable to protect the family that took him in. He saved them sure enough, but it was he himself who was the cause of it. A powerful demon had entered into the house seeking to kill. Upon that, Sylvain began to glow a bright yellow as rune-like symbols appeared upon his body. After speaking some unknown language, probably thought to be Angel talk, he appeared as a tall armored being with a blue cape and white feathers. After defeating the beast, he turned back to normal only to find that the family was now blind and others who saw it either had the same fate or had went insane. It was then that he realized that he really was the Angel who watched over the village, but now was the same one who had almost destroyed it. As time went on and the previous village members had passed, their childrens and their descendants grew up, not following the same fate as the original ancestors when Sylvain had arrived. Somehow, something had caused him to be seen by humans which he has yet to determine the cause. It is presumed that the Yggdrasil Tree had given him tangible form, but not many can determine if that is the cause seeing as he had no recollection of who he was. One thing was for certain was that he was not like the fallen angels who later became demons. He assumed he had to be an angel or something else, but what is known about him is that in that Knight Form, he is able to use powerful abilities not usually seen in that world.
